Charles Harwood Well The population created their clone armies to Fight back against the empire but failed and It was used by the Empire to clone a Force sensitive army and was the sight of a Rebel victory where they capture Darth Vader as seen in the 2nd game in the Force Unleashed series
Slender Man 186 Haha, get triggered by canon and non canon. Let's intensify the triggery: Kaminoians created their own army of clones and use them to fight the empire. Boba Fett, with his knowledge of Kamino, assisted the 501st. Gizor Delso activated a droid factory on Mustafar and the 501st imperials fought them. Shaak Ti was killed by Star Killer AND: Chewbaca died by saving 199 people and sacrificed himself to a flaming sun that was set in a collision course to the planet, in which chewie will burn on and scream his last roar
There were also Jedi that managed to survive Order 66 in-part because they had removed themselves from the Galactic Community through many different means. Ikrit was a Kushiban Jedi that was trained by Jedi Master Yoda, discovering the Golden Globe in Yavin IV containing the souls of thousands of Massassai children, Ikrit sought a way to help free them and went into self-imposed exile and a meditative trance for the next 4 centuries, only waking up when Anakin Solo and Tahiri Veila found him and helped him break the curse of the Golden Globe. Ikrit would later die during the Yuuzhan Vong War. Celeste Morne in-particular was trapped within Drepya's Oubliette on Taris in 3963 BBY, where she and the Murr Talisman that she possessed remained until the Oubliette was opened by Darth Vader in 19 BBY to find a way to overthrow the Emperor, only to have the power of the Muur Talisman to be used against his soldiers turning them into Rakghouls. Celeste Morne would escape into the galaxy to uninhabited worlds to keep the Rakghoul artifact contained, only being encountered a century later by Luke Skywalkers' descendant Cade Skywalker, who managed to help him defeat Krayts One Sith. By far the (arguably) OLDEST surviving member of the Jedi Order, Relin Druur was thrown forwards in time while aboard the Sith Dreadnaught _Harbinger_ in 5000 BBY, due to a fault in the dreadnaughts' hyperdrive: and would emerge into normal space just 41 years after the Battle of Yavin three decades after the Galactic Empire was long gone.
The Order saw much darker days in the past. Almost complete annihilation has happen to both sides of the force. The only problem? Too much of one leads to the other.
Much better. All Disney had to do was keep the best stories of legends and cut out the weirdness of the EU. Guess Disney does not believe in happy endings and fair fights anymore. Makes little sense that Disney turned its back on family and instead only focuses on mass profits.
Is anyone here watching this to catch up on the new Star Wars game coming out where you are a Jedi trying to escape the clones and Sith? I can't wait for it!
What is Shaak Ti's confirmed cause of death? As it was Star killer, then that became legends, I've heard she was killed while meditating, but that was also a deleted scene. So does she have a canon death? Is Disney claiming a deleted scene as canon?
A galactic atlas full of inaccuracies and an inaccurate force vision made vader killing her canon even though in countless other material she survived one instance being exile on Felicia the other recording a holocron ( in a canon comic) post order 66... it'd be safe to assume that master Ti survived initially and she may or not have survived the entire purge.
How did Palpatine and the rest of the galaxy view the clone troopers, did they think of them as disposable pawns or did they respect them for killing off the Jedi
Y'know what I want to know? What happened to the clone troopers after Order 66, specifically ones like Cody, Bly and Appo. Because Legends stated that while most of the 501st legion were destroyed (so that rules out Bly and Appo), and Cody was presumably killed by Starkiller on Kamino. But since Legends was wiped from the canonverse, I really want an explanation.
0:41 I honestly think the special editions should’ve added Qui-Gon. He was probably one of the last true Jedi who understood the force and didn’t think much of politics.
Cannon Ackmera, Bea Arthur from 'Holiday Special' was a librarian at the temple before order 66 then became the night manager at the cantina on Tattooen. She was a Jedi but not a knight.
Man, there's no way Vader would just go into "Jedi heaven" after what he did to other people. Making you see the light in your last breath is far too late for redemption. One good deed can't throw away a mountain of atrocities and horrible act you did in decades.
"You must unlearn what you have learned", that was probably difficult for at least some of the Jedi in hiding from Order 66. I'd imagine those Jedi were still clinging to the Old Jedi teachings, and might find "Legends" Luke's teachings almost a heresy(since, as I understand it, Luke looked for *all* known Force knowledge, Jedi *and* Sith, and took what he felt worked from *both* sides). But, I could be wrong☺.
In Legends there were also: - A group of Jedi on Naboo. Killed by the 501st/Vader’s Fist during the Battlefront II Mission: Imperial Diplomacy - A Jedi which led a Death Star Prison break. Killed by the 501st/Vader’s Fist during the Battlefront II Mission: Prison Break
The 200 who survived might not all have survived. The Jedi had another attack if I recall correctly after order 66. So really the most powerful surviving makes sense. But at the same time I think 25-50 should be the right amount. Also I would love if Disney does it to where some padawns survive the media temple. Somehow get smuggled off the planet by a Jedi master who dies or a bounty hunter who has a change of heart. Then so a comic series about the kids surviving the Empire.
It would be so cool if they made a movie (or movies) about the surviving Jedi in legends. Legends, like a lot of people here say, is more realistic and because there are so many people who are into fan fiction it really adds to the story.
It's hard to wrap my head around it because I grew up with the prequels but you could really get the impression from only having the original trilogy to go off of that the purge happened much longer ago than it actually did canonically. I have to wonder how many people in the 80s thought that the Order was gone long before Obi Wan even took on and trained Anakin as some sort of last surviving remnants of the Jedi during that time, much like how Kanan and Ezra were in canon, but eventually they were discovered by the Empire, leading ultimately to Anakin's fall. Would have been interesting in its own right and would explain why everyone in the original trilogy acts like there couldn't possibly be anyone left other than Luke (and Leia). Would also explain why Obi-Wan was so much older which I know is a meme because of how much time ended up passing between prequels and OT. I wish more people talked about the headcanons people had when there was less canon to work with that in hindsight ended up being entirely wrong. Similar to all the speculation about what the Clone Wars were before the prequels, right down to theories that Obi Wan was somehow a clone and that he was actually "OB-1" or something.

Tbh, Jocasta Nu, she is a former councilmember after all. Shes gotta have some moves.
Yarrel Poof's death has not been covered in Canon yet, so that says he could still be alive around the time of Order 66. He escaped by getting an Order of 66 Pizzas. And when he returned to the temple he saw dead Jedi and Younglings everywhere. Believing everyone to be dead, he made fun of them and then escaped. Distracting the Clones with the pizza. Five Years Later he worked on the Death Star (In it's early days of construction.) as a chef. With Vader being completely oblivious to his true identity.
I feel I’ve heard of this before…
Something about an autonomous bird
The old guy with the ponytail is General Koda
Stupid Order 66. Breaks my heart every time I see it. One of the most emotional and powerful scenes in cinema
Yes Its right up there with the campaign scene in Citizen Kane.
I suggest you get out of your parent's basement and see what good cinema looks like.
@@ingriddubbel8468 you really showed him huh... two years later.
Good cinema is whatever gives the viewer an amazing experience, stop being such a bitter person.
Ingrid Dubbel wowwwww lmao that comment makes you sound like your bitter about being IN YOUR parents basement. Stop the letting the internet form all your opinions. Lmao
@@biohawk12 yes but it needs to be good content
Not as bad as how frieza killed off the saiyens

This picture man. It makes you remember everything that happened. Really sad.
I’ve often thought that a great premise for a live action series would be Darth Vader systematically hunting down the ~200 Jedi who survived order 66.
Dude the music you put in your reviews makes it 1000 times more epic
“Only five survived”
The ten inquisitors: Am I a joke to you?
technically couldnt you say the grand inquisitor was a canon survivor of order 66?
He did say that
I would
Lol
I'm literally just now finding this out. I love lore around things and star wars fills in blanks...
I still REALLY wish that Mr. Lukas hadn’t sold Lucasfilm.
Yeah too bad "og hardcore SW fans" made him (and some actors) depressed after how they reacted to prequels, making him lose any interest in making more sw
Well..., true. But, y’know what I mean.
@@Dollt28 actually that wasn't it. The "behind the scenes" of the deal are now public and we know that George still wanted to have creative control and even sold scripts for the sequel trilogy to Disney thinking they were gonna be used but he was ultimately betrayed by the man he used to call a friend.
Eli G. Me to the new movies r not that good
Nah we’ve gotten some ok stuff, if he still owned it we’d still just have cw and the movies
There’s also cal from fallen order but he’s considered new canon and this video came out a while ago I’m just saying cause he did survive order 66
Everything that happens in Legends is so much more interesting.
I dont know if you will read this Fact Free but i just want to tell you that everytime i see a new video on your channal i cant resist to watch it, i love your channal so much you are one of the best star wars youtubers in the galaxy :)
+Darth Vader Thanks so much for the support, and I read almost all of my comments :)
yea but some times i ask a question and you dont answer :(
thats why i have to comment it early on your channal :)
Darth Vader Ah, I read them, but I don't have the time to respond to most of them.
i forgive you my friend :)
hey bud can you do how did the clones know not to kill anakin was it implanted into the chips or did they get orders " kill all except anakin "
You forgot about Jedi master Steve who was partying it up in a nightclub when order 66 dropped
What did the surviving jedi do after Order 66?
Dying

@@veketal Luke survived worse
@@regeleleu8814 Like?
@@veketal See the whole Episode 5 movie. The most notorious moment was surviving Vader without finish his training.
@@RandalfElVikingo He jumped down yeah, but he didn't get shocked or anything.
And in new canon lore Cal Kestis too has survived
What happened to Kamino After order 66
Charles Harwood Well The population created their clone armies to Fight back against the empire but failed and It was used by the Empire to clone a Force sensitive army and was the sight of a Rebel victory where they capture Darth Vader as seen in the 2nd game in the Force Unleashed series
tfu is non-canon and was dumb anyway (they never captured vader)
*****
canon wise it wouldn't make sense that they captured him just because they did in a shitty non-canon game doesn't make it logical
+Alpha Wolf SO IT NEVER FUCKING HAPPENED! Legends = non-canon. The movies, cartoons, lego star wars games, and some of the comics = canon.
Slender Man 186 Haha, get triggered by canon and non canon. Let's intensify the triggery:
Kaminoians created their own army of clones and use them to fight the empire. Boba Fett, with his knowledge of Kamino, assisted the 501st.
Gizor Delso activated a droid factory on Mustafar and the 501st imperials fought them.
Shaak Ti was killed by Star Killer
AND: Chewbaca died by saving 199 people and sacrificed himself to a flaming sun that was set in a collision course to the planet, in which chewie will burn on and scream his last roar
I love Star Wars Univers
Jedi life sounds depressing and sad. Just like any other culd member
0:15 we now know from the fallen order game which is canon that 4 more Jedi survived
Could you rebuild the Jedi order with 200 jedi?
Luke did it with one
And then Ben Solo fucked it up.
Jel ha
The Order saw much darker days in the past. Almost complete annihilation has happen to both sides of the force. The only problem? Too much of one leads to the other.
Meetra Surik did it with like 5 Jedi
I'm early
*DO ALL DESERT PLANETS IN THE GALAXY*
*Also do all CIS battleship types*

Canon=what happened
Legends:the more interesting version
That's why they're called legends
WRONG!
Legends = what actually happened.
Canon = just movies telling random stories that never happened.
@Ayman Said No he is right
Cal Kestis is now another person who survived
Joyce Love I was thinking that too
4:39 you guys can’t change my mind that, that guy looks like TehTerroriser
The legends version is better
No it isn't.
Isn't it always
Faxerton30 yes it is lol
Much better. All Disney had to do was keep the best stories of legends and cut out the weirdness of the EU. Guess Disney does not believe in happy endings and fair fights anymore. Makes little sense that Disney turned its back on family and instead only focuses on mass profits.
Shadow 0440 of course legends is always better
Well now you can add Cal Kestis to the list of survivors in canon
Is anyone here watching this to catch up on the new Star Wars game coming out where you are a Jedi trying to escape the clones and Sith? I can't wait for it!
5:28 yo that’s Falon Grey! he is one of my favorite Jedi in Legends.
Madman107 The galaxy I'm guessing thought highly of them they killed nearly thousands of Jedi's and plapatine didnt give a shit about the clones.
I hope they make a new star wars movie based on clone wars era
Or Tano: A Star Wars story!!!
0:41 I honestly think the special editions should’ve added Qui-Gon. He was probably one of the last true Jedi who understood the force and didn’t think much of politics.
That picture of Phoenix squad is really sick!
They finally got 9-5 jobs like the rest of us normies.
Cannon Ackmera, Bea Arthur from 'Holiday Special' was a librarian at the temple before order 66 then became the night manager at the cantina on Tattooen. She was a Jedi but not a knight.
Great video as always Fact Free
make America gay again
how is he racist? i think you are the racist guy...Yang Xiao Long
Yang Xiao Long Who told you that? CNN?
Yang Xiao Long what the hell did I do? You come after all Trump supporters
please stop discussing politics in a star wars comment section. you are extremely child-ish for doing so, please talk that else where.
See, and this is why legends, in many respects, was freaking incredible that everything that has now come after Disney's purchase is subpar
Thanks for this vid. I can see you put a lot of effort into this
Lore Master, we need an update version with the current Canon with Cal Kestus, Cere Junda, etc.
Man, there's no way Vader would just go into "Jedi heaven" after what he did to other people. Making you see the light in your last breath is far too late for redemption. One good deed can't throw away a mountain of atrocities and horrible act you did in decades.
One of the few ways that Canon was better than Legends it really makes Palpatines machinations all the more devastating.
Knowing how powerful Vader was Luke was able to take him on Luke is a beast
Well Luke basically received both Yoda's and Obi Wan's strength, right?
@AnimeIndo Ofc. Luke is the son of the chosen one.
Can't wait for some stories following the survivors mainly Quinlan voss because he seems like he would easily adapt to life after order 66
0:14 Six in 2019 with Cal Kestis
Insecdroid-Games and Other Crap I love cal and today I found out he is cannon
Actually A18 survived
Now we know that asoka tano is still alive because of madelorian season 2
Yea
Luminara Undulli (That how you spell it) was killed on Kyysheak (Too lazy to look on the wiki-pedia).
Never mind.
+GRM Master_Trainer She was in Legends, but not in Canon.
she was confirmed dead in star wars rebels. season 1
elykor321 Yes, after she was captured and tortured for a few years.
yeah but I was under the impression she died during order 66 and then just used as bait.
Imagine how traumatizing that is when you find out your enemy's right hand man is your once friend and Master
In Legends there were also:
- A group of Jedi on Naboo.
Killed by the 501st/Vader’s Fist during the Battlefront II Mission: Imperial Diplomacy
- A Jedi which led a Death Star Prison break.
4:39 even a terminator was a sith.
I love that book "Star Wars: Coruscant Nights". It's a good read. Its about a surviving Jedi knight and his friends.
It would be so cool if they made a movie (or movies) about the surviving Jedi in legends. Legends, like a lot of people here say, is more realistic and because there are so many people who are into fan fiction it really adds to the story.
This gave me something to think about, glad to hear that many Jedi survived and fulfilled their destinies as worriers.
I still consider Force Unleashed cannon. So headcannon: Shak Ti also survived. And of course Mace Windu.
?? Shak ti died in force unleashed?
@@reichtanglevictor1694 Yes, she kills herself.
"Self exiled themselves"

At 0:13 now we know there are at least six more jedi in canon.
JOE HENRY ORTEGA I think it's 8 now, a jedi master survived in the vader comics and Jocasta Nu ( the jedi temple librarian) survived..
18 survied
great video man
Love your videos!
fact free could you do a video on how the ewoks easily overpowered the stormtroopers
4:40 get to the chopper
4:39 Huh, didn't know the terminator was a sith. The more you know
It's hard to wrap my head around it because I grew up with the prequels but you could really get the impression from only having the original trilogy to go off of that the purge happened much longer ago than it actually did canonically.
Great video as always! Where did you get the 1st image/painting of the Geonosis Jedi from...its awesome?
