Delicious, spicy, heritage Peas & Potatoes (Matar Ka Nimona) worthy of any dinner table for any occasion!

Cilantro leaves along with tender stems 1 oz
Crushed or pureed tomatoes 1 cup
Fresh Ginger 2 inches
Long green chilies 2 or 3 (or 1 deseeded, deveined Jalapeño)
Olive Oil 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Bay leaf 1
Cloves 3
Cinnamon stick 1 inch piece
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp (or according to taste)
