Hey there, I didn’t go for PSW as I was nurse back in India but this course probably cost around 7-8k CAD for one semester and its a two semester program.
Hey komal , I heard that government provide free PSW course in ontario. Is it true ?
Yes its true but only for Permanent residence and citizens not for international students.
If it’s free for permanent residence then from where we have need to do that course

Yes if you want to change your course there will be no issue, talk to student advisor in conestoga and they will guide you for further process.

Hi I have one year of work experience as a staff nurse here in India and now I’m currently in Canada looking for PSW jobs, does all the organisation accept IEN for PSW jobs or only certain organisations ?. Thank you in advance
Only few organizations allow us to work on Nursing Degree but you can always try by building a cover Letter with your resume.

Great for future! If you are already on your work permit then it doesn’t matter which college you choose public or private right, and yes it is so much in demand you should go for it do it and get certified, and enjoy a good pay scale afterwards. All the best girl!

Hey dear, so sad to hear that. But finding a job is real struggle these days but keep applying atleast 10 places each day. That’s how I got my first job here in Canada. 😅

In which college did you study PSW?
I haven’t study PSW, all the international nurses are eligible to do this job, no need to do a course.
