I'm getting a few comments asking if they work on PS, yes, and yes even the mic. They work (and I tested them on all platforms) they just don't work on Xbox. Sorry I forgot to mention this in the vid :)
i just bought these and i have to say that i completely agree i had studio headphones because i mix most of the time and these are amazing for the price I have head several different headphones over the last couple years and as far as under 100 and sound and quality these are great
I have the wired version of these and use them at work, where I talk on the phone to customers all day. They are the most comfortable headset I've ever used for phone call-based work. Glad my employer is totally cool letting us use whatever PC peripherals we want! Might pull the trigger on buying the wireless version for work, would let me go to the kitchen while still talking to customers!
I really enjoy the sound quality and build quality of the Corsair HS70 Pro Wireless personally. I got them on sale for my PS5 and haven't looked back and with the software they would be even better for PC so long as you don't need to use them wired.
@@GoMaddie That is my main concern about them. Even though they have that metal frame it's still supported by those plastic hinges. I'm not so sure about that in a long run. I think I will keep the Cloud Core wireless. The frequency response is also wider on the cores.
Picked mine up on Amazon for $50 yesterday, I'll get it in a few days, I'm excited though! I had hyperx a while back but I've never had any of their wireless headsets.
I was able to find a pair of these at Best Buy about a month ago, and I was super excited because I think they were $89.99 at the time. For me personally, I thought these were the least comfortable out of all of my Clouds. My biggest issue is that the ear cushions were noticeably shallower than say my cloud 2's or cloud 2 for PlayStation. Those do not touch my ears, but these new ones were like slapping pancakes on my ears. I was really bummed out. Other than that they would have been a steal.
hey man, great review as always. i wanted to ask that do you experience a faint hissing sound with them that comes with most of the bluetooth headsets?
>volume wheel doesn't bottom out >not for large heads >usb A dongle instead of usb c >no Bluetooth Sigh...hyperx is out of touch. They get the sound right, but all other features seem like they are stuck 5 years in the past. Barracuda x, arctis 1 and if you have a small head the g435 are still the best and most versatile headsets you can get imo.
+ 1 on this. and this (and also cloud 2 wireless) doesnt have wired option. i find it a bit handy to go wired version in case i ran out of battery while gaming.
Thanks for the review Techne 🥳👋 looks like an awesome headset. Decent quality mic and nice looking product. Price seems fair for what’s on offer 👍😆. I used to cringe a little bit watching tech reviewers bend and twist headsets, but after seeing my little bro and my nephews jumping onto their chairs, sometimes with headsets ending up underneath them, I understand why the torture tests are done on flexibility 🥰👍.
lol, yea I do them because as a reviewer we don't use these products as long as most, so I would prefer to break mine and find that weak point so you all are aware of it, and don't break yours.

Picked these up last week, loved the sound but unfortunately I have a large head and these clamped a bit too hard for my liking. If only they adjusted as well as cloud alphas these would’ve been the perfect headset. They stopped about 2 clicks short on adjustment when compare to alphas
After swapping my barracudas im left wanting for more volume. These headphones seriously lack that extra that hyper x usually delivers like my cloud flight wireless did.
