- Dio is already a powerful stand user. The World is has massive stats and an extremely powerful ability. Despite this, it still has weaknesses and limitations. However there is exist a version of his stand that undo’s all that and propels The World to the most powerful in the Jojo universe or at least one of the universes.

The only reason Heaven Ascension DIO lost was because of Jotaro’s “So it is the same type of Stand as Star Platinum” plot ability

The World is my favourite stand it looks so so cool one of the most visually impressive of all and The World Over Heaven looks very epic too.

dio cant overwrite reality so he doesnt have to make contact. He cant overwrite is strict set of requirements, the same way that the concept of "fate" in jojo cannot be rewritten (stated by Dio himself in his diary)

@@lubu682 dio stated himself that fate cannot be overwritten in his diaries. That's why dio's goal was to make everyone realize their fate instead of manipulating it, which is impossible. Also if dio could overwrite his reality overwrite to not require any contact, he would have done so, but strict limitations are strict limitations, as his reality overwriting is on a lower tier than the lowest tier of reality warping.

I believe if the Joestars played it smart, they could have beaten Heaven DIO, and if Josuke had Go Beyond. Their strategy of rushing 1 by 1 was a bit poor, where if Jotaro, Gappy, Johnny and Giorno all attacked from 4 different directions, they could have beaten him there and then.
I feel if they did that it’ll be like when DIO was monologuing during the 20 meter emerald splash

How though? OH DIO's could wipe out the majority of them with time-stop donuts and anything that seemingly does damage will be overwritten before it hits or have its damage overwritten shortly after. Even with DIO at maximum arrogance, I don't see what can be done without using original DIO's bracelet or general body to bust him.

@Tsuchinoko!? a purple hermit like stand as Johnathan's is much better. Yes however I'm talking about evolving your stand, and both Ball Breaker and Tusk are strong, you also probably wouldn't just get ball Breaker you'd get something similar as that was the balls.

Tusk is difficult to note but reminder Diego effectively defeated Johnny.

TWOH's interaction with GER's RTZ is such a headache to me.
If RTZ was passive/automatic it would have stopped DIO from parrying GER's attack by freezing him in place before he lifted his arm but it did despite its limitation.
Which can only mean RTZ is not infact automatic but instead up to GER's decision making it semi-passive but it can be fooled.
I hate this, but its fascinating that GER has a weakness like this to begin with to me.

I mean GER always shown to be semi passive, as it took action without giornos conciseness right as diavolo resumed the flow of time but then also seemed to just work as a normal stand barrage for giorno afterwards too.

I hate the fact they made it seems like rtz would activate when Giorno making an attack, even though it should be other way around.
this is not canon GER, they nerfed GER on purpose to make TWOH look OP. however after dio obtains the corpse parts he gets an ability called true overwrite which he doesnt need his hands to use so then he can actually beat GER

Fun fact: when dio stops time he 5 or 9 seconds for movement and not talking that is why his time stops take so long. Another thing is that jotaro some how stopped time during the 4 or 3 seconds after dio did his road roller move causing him to have 2 seconds left and when you take into account that histomestop was 9 that equalls 9 plus 2 which equals 11
No, Jotaro stopped time at the 9 second mark, DIO was able to move at 10 seconds, but at 11 he couldn't anymore his absolute peak limit was 10 seconds and star platinum's was 2

I don’t think DIO actually stopped time for 9 seconds, I think that after the 7 seconds Jotaro stopped time and caused DIO to use his time-stop movement up, hence making the illusion he was stopping time for 9 seconds. At the end of the fight Jotaro says he stopped time at the end of DIOs timestop.

When Jotaro activated time stop, DIO was still able to move within stopped time until his time was up. For all intents and purposes, he had 9 seconds of stopped time, it's just that for 2 seconds, he and Jotaro were using it concurrently. Afterwards, DIO froze which left Jotaro with 3 spare seconds of stopped time.

Massive Heaven's Door wank. Heaven's Door cannot make the impossible possible, while The World Over Heaven can. Heaven's Door cannot write on Rohan "immune to every Stand ability" whereas theoretically Heaven Ascension DIO could punch himself with his stand and do exactly that. Heaven's Door is strong but it still has to work with the limits of possibility.

TWOH is a lazy writing. Not only that it ignores the entire point of canon Dio's heaven plan, it doesn't even make sense on its own logic. Like, if TWOH needs a physcial contact in order to rewrite something, then it should be beaten by Stands like GGHOH or GER that doesn't need physical contact for their power to work. Don't mind the fact that they just colors changes og TW with minisicule changes and call it a day. I'd prefer it being TW Requiem with a better thought out restriction.
They probably used the fist restriction because without it, Dio could simply think them out of existence
I mean he does not need to directly touch them to make use of his reality overwrite. For example assume he cannot attack Giorno due to Return to Zero, instead he could attack a stone on the ground and alter reality to change the stone into a button that reverts Gold Experience Requiem to a normal stand. Or DIO could punch himself and grant himself immunity to Return to Zero. Whatever you can think of with TWOH goes so long as he can touch something.
