Which Jojo Antagonist Has The Strongest Time Stand?

- Time seems to be one of the most common stand abilities Jojo antagonist possess. whether it’s time stop or time reversal, they’re almost always portrayed as unstoppable in nature. However, what if they all faced off? Which stand truly has dominion over time?

Since this video is doing decently well I thought it would be good to say a few things. Well...hey guys, I haven't uploaded much on here but I just wanted to say thanks for watching, unless you're the type to read comments first then thanks for potentially watching?
This is only my second Jojo video but the nature the video's contents will automatically result in some debate in the comments. You are welcome to agree or disagree with anything I've said in the video. I definitely made some mistakes in regards to the full extent of the stands abilities too so feel free to correct or make fun of me lol. A few people have already done so which I appreciate. However, please remain respectful of my and others opinions in the comments. I'd rather not have some people cursing at each other about whether or not epitach can see time stop and so on.
My predictions before I finish the video "King crimson"
Can't Diavolo throw blood in the opponent's eyes? Doesn't that mean the opponent will be hit if he throws a knife or shoots with a Gun. I'm just speculating. But still, Dio would win because he's a vampire.
Thank you for finally explaining how the fuck king crimson works this is the most clearest explanation in my opinion
@@Ame-no-Minakanushi I think Diavolo does all that because of my earlier point about him relying on post ability confusion to strike. The blood in the eyes just makes it so his opponents won't immediately know time skip happened I believe. I don't think he uses that technique all the time though
You say afair fight with dio in pucci/MIH pucci can speed time to kill dio even before he time a is nit 100% but is possibel
I just love the match up between Dio and Diavolo. Since Dio Means “God” and Diavolo means “Devil” in Italian. It’s a pretty cool thematic match up.

I’m actually wondering what would happen if King Crimson and The World activated their abilities at the same time
Either they would cancel out each other or time stop would still work within King Crimsons ability. Similar to when Return to Zero infiltrated King Crimsons ability
@@Jokey_YT diavolo can't because time has stopped so there's no time he can skip
@@Jokey_YT Dios time stop reached 11 seconds at the end of part 3. So even if kc could skip the worlds time stop, he'd still have 1 second left.
@@Jokey_YT king crimson still cant attack in time erase, all he could do is get behind dio and try to donut him, afterwards dio could regen and maybe even figure out his ability since dio is a genius, and then next time diavolo tries to go for hte donut, he stops time and absolutely stomps him.

Another important fact that was not mentioned in this video is that MiH's ability isn't really time acceleration, but full control over gravity, so accelerating time isn't MiH's only ability, Pucci can use gravity as wants.
ummm yes and no
I thought he actually can accelerate time
@@langdonyeo8289 He can, but that is just a result of his gravity manipulation improving, space and time are strongly related.
@@langdonyeo8289 Time is related to gravity atleast in jojo. Gravity manipulation is C-Moon's whole thing yet the first time we see it abilities teased it accelerated time. MiH being C-Moon's final form.
Remember, Made in Heaven's time acceleration is not a new ability. Pucci caused a woman's nails to grow and made the eggs she bought turn into chicks by unconsciously using C-Moon (he also caused her baby to have a man's face in the manga but they cut this from the anime for some reason).
C-Moon always had access to time acceleration, so it only makes sense that Made in Heaven would have access to gravity manipulation.
But if Dio sees Bites to Dust can he somehow avoid it? Even if it gets effected by time stop, it would only be stopped temporarily
Most Stands disappear upon the death of its user. So if Dio reacts fast enough, he can likely not alive Kira before Bites to Dust uses its ability

Pucci, enraged by this, loses all faith in his DIO-sama, calling him a coward who could’ve achieved it all. He proceeds to fight DIO. That’s pretty much the only way I see them possibly engaging in combat, but even then, DIO wouldn’t ever really have a reason to stop believing in his ideals.
Pretty good comparison but I think that MIH has the most potential if Pucci was a little bit smarter. He could hide in the accelerated time until he is too fast to react to and the opponents Time stop or time erase is too short to be useful. Diavolo and DIO still have to worry about range but since MIH is universal Pucci has an advantage in that regard.
I don’t think he has long monologues either 😅
Long monologues or declaring victory early always spell doom for Jojo villains

The acceleration would also make it so Pucci is moving so fast, King Crimson would never have an opportunity to strike

All I need to see was your comment, Dio being a vamp just makes him weak in this situation.
When you think about it, Dio would probably have reached heaven as for this fight to ever happen dio would have to have killed jotaro, meaning that he could complete his plan, but this is just a theory tbh
The scary part is that Dio and the world werent even at full power because of Jonathon's body lacking enough Joestar blood. When Dio got Joseph's blood we saw the range of the stand drastically increased from a few meters to literally time freezing the bats that were far above him while he was fighting Jotaro. Dio told Jotaro that if he kills him and take his joestar blood he would of been able to increase stop time by a great amount or even permanently

I think it depends on circumstances I actually think MIH has more potential than it's given credit. I think The World is advantaged in a typical close range stand brawl but MIH could pretty much defeat any of these stands from a distance. MIH could use time accelerate on any projectile even a rock and it would be like getting shot by a rail gun. Sure you could use time stop and dodge but then your just getting blasted by another projectile.

@@noahanimations9859 Except for the fact that MIH can pick and choose what accelerates. On top of this in the last battle of Stone Ocean Pucci is actually fully aware of his surroundings and speed. To everybody else Pucci is going crazy fast but to Pucci his speed is normal and comprehensible. AKA if someone threw a rock while MIH was active to everyone else it would look like the rock was going at mach speed. But to Pucci everyone else is slow and the rock is going at a normal speed.
@@gabrielg3866 it would still hit him at Mach speed regardless of his perception of time
Its a perfect trio. Time Stop > Time acceleration > Time erase > Time stop ETC. TS beats TA, Jotaro lost because Pucci abused Jolyne to win. Time Accel will utterly dominate Time Erase because DIavolo will not be able to catch Made In heaven, high speed stands can react and make Time Erase useless. And Time erase will skip over timestop, as Timestop happens within na second and Timestop will be skipped.
If there is no second, there is no time to erase
This is the best explanation
You can't stop time in a world without time
@@rango190 Someone doesn't understand jojo. King Crimson renders a set amount of time between 0.5-10 seconds useless. During that time he cannot attack, and can reposition and prepare attacks. He cannot inereact with anything.
That time still exists, as people notice that time has skipped, which would be the proper term for it. If he erased the time nobody would be able to tell it had happened. But that isnt the case.
Timestop happens within a second, and you cannot measure the duarion with a timeline, because time is frozen so it would happen all within an instant, which is logically immesurable.
With all of that background, because the timestop happens within a second it can be "Skipped" by King Crimson. He isnt going to be able to kill a timestopper anyway.

MiH's ability to lens time using gravity easily makes it the top time stand - the fact that it can technically also use gravity manip is just another thing ontop of that
That's not even the most broken part of MiH. When the universe resets, Pucci becomes able to change his own fate. Pucci literally controls the Gravity of the whole universe, and since gravity and fate are related, he becomes able to control the fate of the whole universe. Many people understimates MiH cause they don't know about that gravity is deeply related to time and fate in JoJo, wich is weird since it is greatly stated through C-Moon, Made in Heaven, Balbreaker and Tusk act 4.
I guess Made in Heaven’s plan was too obtuse, and the spin stands are too linked to “spin” to ever be associated with gravity or fate?

@@d3adlock3d51 Because it's still a shonen anime. There are heroes and there are villains, and the heroes are naturally favored in the rules of the universe they're in. It's actually an in-universe concept that fate favors heroes over villains, as heroes take their lot in life such as Giorno and the gang while villains usually attempt to subvert their fate, like Diavolo.
The Joestar birthmark in and of itself, and the name prefix "Jo-", is a sign that fate has decreed their victory. When Pucci is defeated and the universe resets once more, the characters that replace the part 6 gang such as Irene lack the birthmark, a sign that they have won and that there isn't a need for them to continue fighting evil, anymore.
I'm pretty sure King Crimson and MiH are very detrimental to Dio. Epitaph basically makes it so that Diavolo is virtually untouchable because it can see 10 seconds into the future. In fact Diavolo would just erase whatever donut Dio would've left in him and do it whether effortlessly because everything that happens in time stop is instant. MiH's main ability is actually controlling gravity and making time move really fast and due to Dio's vampirism would be instantly defeated by the sun. Pucci in this case wouldn't even have to throw a punch. Bites the dust is to situational.
Dio and diavolo would create a situation yet unknown to us
One where diavolo is fated to die, within stopped time dio would definitely be able to set up something to instantly kill diavolo (remember that by the end of part 3 dio reached 11 whole seconds of stopped time)
So the question is what would epitaph see? In the end of part 5 G.E.R got around this simply never allowing diavolo to "reach the truth" in his words, diavolo will never die, he will never reach his fated destiny, whether it be him dying or him winning, he will simply never reach it.
But hypothetically at least against dio, diavolo's fate would indeed be death.
Also of course not to mention the fact that dio is functionally invincible during nighttime so diavolo would have to defeat the world, the stand, the same way jotaro did because dio himself is untouchable except for hamon which technically thats what stands are so supposedly that how jotaro killed him by destroying his stand.
@@ignemuton5500the length of a time stop doesn't really matter because it happens instantly, or rather 1 sec of time stop and 1 hour of time stop both happen in a single moment in real time.
So time skip, if activated before time stop will always outlast time stop, because time skip lasts 10 sec in real time.
And because Diavolo has Epitath and can see into the future, he will be able to predict time stop since he would just see himself instantly dying and DIO teleporting.
While KC is activated Diavolo cannot take damage.
Shown when Aerosmith bullets pass right through him.
That is the entire point of KC in the first place, it's a stand that can alter Diavolo's fate while forcing other people to follow their own fate while unconscious, completely confusing them after the ability ends.
DIO cannot alter fate in any way shape or form so he shouldn't be able to surpass the time skip, DIOs entire Heaven plan was because he couldn't change fate and he wanted to know the future so he can come to terms with it
For mamdom the time reversal does not require the physical action of the reversal of the knob. Killer queen btd can only activate if Kira yoshikage's identity is revealed so if said opponent just wants to kill him it won't activate. You also completely forgot about kq's main ability and mih's universe reset.
Thank You, those are really valid points. For mih, I briefly touched on the universal reset but didn't want to go too deep into it. As for kq, I only really wanted to talk about it's time related abilities but I should have brought up the "yoshikage identity" bit.

The world also has the added benefit of Dio being a vampire. Damage inflicted to stands also affect the user, but Dio can just regenerate or shrug off alot of attacks. With that Dio still possess at least most of his original vampiric abilities and Jonathan's strength augmented.
Pretty sure the World's timestop is instant. The example at 2:04 is simply Star Platinum using his movement in Dio's timestop the moment it activates, than proceeds to bash his head in and ending the ability due to the damage.

@@thedevourerofglue9162 yes, the first person that had it has your mom
Actually Diavolo didn't erase time just 0.5 seconds because he is almost died. The main reason is because he doesn't want to waste his power so it will be useless to erase time more than 0.5 seconds. Diavolo can control how long will he erase time. But the others are right.
personally in a fight between king crimson(kc) and the world (tw) I think that kc would come out on top, not because of how powerful the stand abilities are but because of the user. If diavolo was forced into a situation where actual danger presented its self I think he wouldn't waste any time dispatching the threat and would most likely be on his toes the whole fight. while Dio has been shown to be a more cocky fighter, preferring to toy with his opponents first rather then killing them out right. now if I'm correct in how they would behave here's how I think the fight would go. Diavolo would be able to tell that Dio used the world with epitaph and would erase that time and get to a safe location from dio, and when time would resume dio would be confused and dumbfounded that someone is capable of dodging his ability. In Dios confusion diavolo would most likely take this opportunity to dispatch dio (this isn't taking into account Dios vampirism, just stand abilities). epitaph is the only real reason that king crimson is so effective and deadly, it allows diavolo to erase the perfect places In time to avoid damage, this is where the world falls short.
you could say that about jotaro but ofc dio will regenerate so there is no use in getting normal blows to him and since diovalo won’t know that dio has the upper hand
I actually have the complete opposite stance for the exact same reason: the user. Diavolo has only ever shown to be using epitaph constantly once, and that was when he stole the Joestar technique to chase after SCR. In every other scenario he uses it once, and then leaves himself completely vulnerable to counterattack. Against Bucciarati, he was tagged twice, trapped once, and had his attack dodged once. Against Polnareff, he was tagged once and distracted once. Against GER he was tagged *even though he had epitaph active,* and was surprised by GER coming to fruition anyways. These are the only times he's actually in combat too, save for his first encounter with Polnareff, but since that didnt last long it shouldnt really be considered.
Diavolo is arguably more cocky than DIO, as DIO actually kills his opponent the second they actually pose a threat. See when he met Polnareff, he was having a blast just putting him back down the stairs, but right when Silver Chariot came out, he went on the offensive. Against Kakyoin, he showed off his timestop as soon as he found Kakyoin and saw his 20 meter radius emerald splash. As soon as he had a counter to Joseph's Hermit Purple body armor, he used it and killed him instantly. There's also most encounters DIO had with Jotaro, where he was trying to kill Jotaro, albeit in wacky ways. Diavolo is the exact opposite however. He goes for the kill shot as soon as he can, but after he lands his blow he lets everything down and becomes vulnerable to attack from anyone and everyone.
Now the real question is whether or not DIO can survive an attack from Diavolo. There's also the question of whether he could avoid the attack altogether, since he's obviously way faster and has much faster reaction times, but for the sake of argument let's say in this scenario DIO is too distracted by the effects of timeskip that he cant dodge the strike. You may question whether DIO can survive by where Diavolo hits DIO, but Im under the opinion that that's not true. In order to be fair we need to take both of our fighters at their maximum potential, which would include blood-high DIO. In this form, DIO was capable of instantly healing both severe brain trauma and multiple holes in his body. Even without his bloodhigh, DIO survived being impaled through the chest fairly fine, just a bit of blood and he was back in fighting shape. Diavolo also never shown any damage outside of a donut or minor damage to the brain. So, this is how I see this fight going down:
DIO and Diavolo begin circling eachother. Diavolo has epitaph active constantly, waiting for any sign of attack. He sees DIO teleporting next to Diavolo and a hole forming in his chest instantaneously. Diavolo is confused greatly but he takes this opportunity to finally attack. He activates King Crimson's timeskip, walks behind DIO, undoes his timeskip, and goes for the donut from behind. DIO goes "NANI?!" and then gets donuted. Diavolo begins monologuing, looking over DIO's shoulder and looking at his pained face. Then, DIO timestops and pulls himself off of Diavolo's hand. He looks back at Diavolo, holding his chest, and then scoffed. He didn't know what this ability was, but he knew this was a real threat. He decides to take care of him quickly, and donuts him in the last second of his timestop. His timestop runs out, Diavolo flies back and falls to the floor, convulsing in pain until he eventually meets the fate Kakyoin did.
If Diavolo doesn't know Dio is a vampire he will try to donut Dio and be in for a rude awakening when Dio is a little annoyed about being impaled, then turns around and punches back
Finally, someone who actually explains why they think DIO beats Diavolo. You made plenty of valid points in your argument, except the part where you say DIO is faster than Diavolo, as that is merely an assumption due to the lack of feats by King Crimson. Everyone else in this comment section just blurts out “dios time stop cancels out time skip and dio wins” not even understanding how either ability works, nor do they understand how each character’s personality works. You have my respect, fellow commenter.
@@BappO-is-meTHIS is clear truth. even if diavolo survived he would easily be outmatched by dio not only because of his vampire form, but also because of stands stats. dio would react to any future timeskips by either attacking diavolo before he attacks him or stopping time directly after timeskip happens.

That's true, but Dio could easily use timestop and kill him before he even activates time acceleration. If Dio is at full power and is fighting seriously he would mop the floor with Diavolo.
i would say it's more of a close fight as we never see King Crimson square up to a stand like The World in physical combat but if we go with the idea that it is the most physically capable humanoid stand that a single blow to the head would kill DIO outright. conversely, if DIO ever pulls of Timestop outside of Time Skip then Diavolo is 100% dead should DIO be out for a sure kill.
DIO is certainly MORE likely to win but Diavolo would necessarily get smoked
@@_Sage967_ in character though Diavolo seems to prefer donuts to head explosions.
He did it to Bucci and decided that it’s an excellent idea to then instead go for a chop rather than a decapitation even when he saw that he was capable of surviving stuff like that.
@@_Sage967_ Dio still wins but it isn't a mop imo, I feel when comparing Time Stop and Time Skip, a very important aspect of time is left out, and the fact that time doesn't move at all during time stop.
What this means is that, no matter for how many 'seconds' Dio can move in stopped time, all those attacks, all those movements, are compressed into a *single* second, meaning that by erasing that second, with Time Skip you can pretty much avoid Time Stop in its entirety
That being said, I doubt Epitaph would be able to comprehend anything that happens in Time Stop at all, as in Diavolo POV, if Dio were to say, walk up and do a pose, Diavolo would see Dio before his pose, preparing to do his pose, and actually doing his pose all at once with no space in-between all in a second. And if Dio's timestop is skipped, what's stopping him from just doing it again immediately after? I feel Diavolo loses because he lacks the means to land a quick kill on Dio, and even if we're generous and assume KC can hold its own in a scrap with TW, Dio by virtue of being a vampire out-lasts Diavolo in every conceivable way
@@derpidius6306 YES! THANK YOU! SOMEONE ELSE WHO UNDERSTANDS HOW TIMESTOP VS TIME SKIP WOULD WORK! though, I do think Diavolo definitely has a chance of winning in this matchup, ultimately depends on who's quicker at adapting their strategies
@@derpidius6306 i made these exact points in a different comment. basically, Diavolo's time skip would skip DIO's timestop completely if it was done within timeskip which should be obvious because DIO would still be IN skipped time even if he stopped it for an infinite amount of time.
Epitaph also wouldn't be much help because it's already been shown not to handle time manipulation well a la GER. meaning that it'd only show volo regular time
Mandom can actually go farther than just a few seconds, but Ringo is a true gigachad and kept the “Time Reversal” duration short so he can make the battle “fair”
I think The World sweeps, the other stands ultimately depend on time moving.

Jotaro could only sense when pucci was around because of Diver Down. If Diver Down wasnt there then Jotaro would have to blindly time stop out of reaction time which could get him killed. Along with time stop being affected by time accel pucci would catch dio off guard and cut his head off because dio could deal a fatal blow. Dios only attak that could hit pucci is space ripper stingy eyes and even then there hard to aim. Overall Pucci kills eveyone here.
Ikr, ppl seem to forget how much of a mvp diver down was and instead just act as if jotaro could beat mih without jolyne there
This may not matter but DIO is shown to have extremely heightened reaction time and senses, such as when he deflected the emerald splash with a finger, and also when he tried hearing jotaro's breathing and heartbeat meters away, so DIO may have a shot of reacting to MIH
Space Ripper Stingy Eyes is not hard to aim. You literally just look at his head and fire, plus he's perfectly still during timestop, which only makes it easier to get a clean headshot.
@@SlewedBoot25934 Dio Has to charge up his lasers and look for Pucci in ts that he guessed. so its not a gurantee Pucci will be in his range. Plus his ts is extra fast
If DIO gets to use vampire powers then Pucci should be able to specifically counter DIO instead of The World. All Pucci would have to do is accelerate night into daytime.
I think that bites the dust can be activated during time stop and skip since it is basically a kind of requiem and requiems precede all stands
Hey at the end when he mentions GER and GER is standing in the corner where does that original video come from?
Mih can decelerate time, since it’s controls gravity in theory. This basically allows it to time stop so yeh.
"What would happen if The World and King Crimson activated at the same time?"
During timestop, the flow of time is halted, Dio would be unaffected by King Crimson, he would be fully conscious during timestop. Remember that King Crimson doesn't alter the flow of time in any way, it just makes everyone move according to fate and become unconscious while doing so.
The issue is: King Crimson/Diavolo would be intangible due to their Stand's effect. Dio would try to punch Diavolo and go through him as if he was punching a hologram. Dio would be very annoyed by that fact and, as paranoid as he is, use the remaining timestop to back off and reach a safer distance and try to plan his next move.
When timestop ends, Dio would become unconscious due to King Crimson's ability going into full motion and Diavolo would be disturbed by the fact that Dio seemingly teleported away. He would try to reach an advantageous position but, after time skip ends, Dio would timestop again and beat Diavolo.
tl;dr Dio wins
Most likely when Diavolo erases time for him DIO would just teleport in the erased time. So while DIO is in time stop he would not be conscious as 0 seconds had passed in the erased time.
Basically timestop happens in time erase and the actions done by the timestop user are skipped over as actions done in 0 seconds
Don't forget about Epitaph, this would be battle of fate, since when would be fate for Diavolo, he could see him punch every time Dio tries to use time stop, if not Diavolo would be screwed.
why did this give me a jump scare and then I started laughing so hard lol
I know this is random but I love how he used the behelit music from berserk for made in heaven stand
Have in mind that took Jotaro and 4 other stand users to able to barly stop Pucci. The World has longer ts than Star Platinum but I think it is nullified by not having a suport.
Seriously. Anasui giving warnings was only reason Jotaro could guess win Pucci was near. Once Anasui was taken out group failed.
Diver Down is also a hell of a shield as well. No matter what, when Anasui died, everyone else would have died.
Made in heaven’s ability isn’t time acceleration, it’s the ability to control all gravity in the universe.
Gravity is similar to time. Okuyasu should be up there
And also has infinite speed in stats

Actually, i really think diavolo could easily destroy The World, and i will try to explain it. The thing about this fight is time erase and time stop window, the first who attacks win, however, diavolo with epitath could easily see what would happen to him before 10 seconds, and because time stop isnt on the time saw or erased, he could avoid the damage that dio could inflict ( using time erase after he saw the effects of his time stop ), and after that, simply destroy his stomatch like he did with every other stand user.
Yea but a donut isn’t enough to kill dio he’ll just regen
@@jojosupreme224 but pucci, if he wanted, could easily kill dio and diavolo
for dio, well, sun and moon cycling at mach 30 speed
and for diavolo, his time erasure would just fail because time just went faster that 10 sec is like 1/100000000 sec
edit: and also, made in heaven is a gravity based stand not time based, just read the manga
@Sleeper time is based on gravity itself, which is why Mercury has a faster day than Earth because the Sun’s gravity affected it first, meaning it has the closest orbit.
I think we're really underestimating just how busted the world and time stop with dio really is.
Even strong abilities like cream were no match for DIO... Being able to stop time even for one second puts you on the upper hand, whats to stop DIO from just using the world after time skip.
We're just assuming DIO wouldn't notice Diavolo standing behind him and would also just let diavolo attack him?
Polnereff got the drop on DIO though so that's fair I guess... but this is a distracted DIO... and then he just heals from a wound through the skull... so, how much is a blow to the abdomen going to do really...? He DID get donutted by jotaro also-- be honest-- Diavolo doesn't stand a chance.
How strong is king crimson really though, so he can donut people... so could crazy diamond... Does that mean josuke could beat the world? I highly doubt that...
The world is ripping off car doors and throwing buildings.
King crimson is working at a bakery...
I really don't think King crimson is a strong stand it's less durable and has worse feats, there's no instance in all of jojo media where KC stands out on top.
In all the games The world is always beating time erase...
I think if the world erases time while Diavolo is in time erase Diavolo would just die... there's nothing he could do.
*Diavolo uses time skip*

Pucci gets to make his perfect universe
DIO gets his infinite time stop
Realistically it doesn't control gravity in any understandable way, we as a species also don't know what the fuck gravity is anyway...
for the longest time we all thought gravity was a force, but some now believe it's just the effect of another force...
Whatever this stand does it has nothing to do with you standing on the ground or jumping high on the moon... trust me.
If you want, we can pretend it works like echoes and he can switch between the transformations. (which would make no sense tbh)
Pucci would swipe the floor with Dio. Made in Heaven is one of the only stands to be called "The ultimate Stands" and there's a reason for that. In the universe of JoJo there's something called "Gravity", this Gravity is connected to Time and Fate in the universe of JoJo. Gravity is present in the majority of top tier Stands. Even Tusk Act4(and in consequence Ballbreaker) uses gravity, that's the reason why Tusk can move in stopped time and a great part of why it can interact with Love Train.
Made in Heaven is stated to use the gravity of the whole universe, making him stronger than absoltely all previous main villain Stands in both time and fate manipulation since, Pucci is able to completly alter his fate once the universe resets(as stated in What a Wonderful World). I mention all of this because many people doesnt know how Gravity works in JoJo, making a lot of people understimate MiH.
Pucci could just win by doing nothing, he could just hide and wait for the sun to sun to appear, with MiH that wouldn't take so much. And if he choosed to attack Dio directly, he would also win. Literally the only reason why Jotato survived that much was because of Anasui, in fact, the only reason why the group survived and "cornered" Pucci was because of a great common efort, Jotaro literally got fataly injured in the goddam beginig of the fight, and only survived because of Diver Down. The same would happen with Dio, even with his inmortality, the brain has been shown to be the weakness of JoJo vampires (just like the heart with traditional vampires), so Pucci could just hit him at speed that would leave light speed like a joke and absolutely obliterate his brain.
In my opinion, i think dio would win cuz he would just instantly activate time stop and get rid of pucci. Jotaro wasn't able to beat up pucci bc his time stop was shorter and he had low stamina, while dio has a lot of stamina, considering he's a vampire, and plus he has a longer timestop, up to 11 seconds.
This is pretty cool! I think that in the end The World comes out on top and that any shortcomings that it may have are ultimately cancelled out by Dio's own speed and strength. It would be a close fight between father Pucci and Dio because of the shortened time but I think Dio wins because he can do and take more damage during the timespan. Another question would be whether the increased speed of the day and night cycles would harm Dio or not.
Diavolo gives you 10 second amnesia.
People seem to forget that diavolo has epitaph, he can literally just predict dio/jotaro's time stop and erase time until the time stop finishes.
he won't see anything that happens during the time stop and wouldn't even be able to predict what would happen as even with epitaph he'd just see dio and the next thing he'd see is himself getting killed
@@CrownedZayne he wouldn't be able to see time stop but he will see himself be absolutely obliterated by the result of time stop and then time erase
Im pretty sure what Diavolo sees is: Jotaro/Dio just teleporting and sees himself flying off. But Diavolo could counter Jotaro's time stop (5 seconds) by using King Crimson before hand. But to avoid Dio's time stop (11 seconds) he would need to activate Time Erasure at the exact time Dio activates his time stop
Killer queen is easily the weakest and gets mopped by the other 3. The world has regen and is on par with star platinum so king crimson gets beat by the world. The world loses to made in heaven and stopping time isn't as good as accelerating existence
When for some reason, Kira engineers a plan where he meets with Diavolo/DIO/Pucci and invites a referee, they all introduce themselves, tells the one he stands the most (referee) his real name, then activates Bites The Dust in order to end the battle before it is begun just because Kira knows that he is massively outmatched by every other time villain save Roadagain. Very contrived, but that is the only way Kira could win.
I should note that the specific moment would involve DIO being real close to this referee with his head touching the body of the referee so that his brain would be blown up beyond recognition entirely even given that Kira’s bomb disintegrate stuff.
In a direct collision, btd is certainly the weakest and most difficult to implement ability, but if at least one of them learns Kira's identity from a person with activated btd, no one will be able to survive the explosion, after stopping time or erasing time, an explosion will still occur, nothing can happen to Kira himself, because he will be too far from a booby-trapped man

The thing is, The World might be the pound for pound best stand, but Diavalo has two stands. With epitaph, Dio could never touch Diavalo.
The tricky thing about this is just how would epitath even see Timestop?
What would stop dio from just stopping time and punching a massive hole in diavolos face
@@FireMarioX. explain to me, why would he need to? Really think about that. If all he sees with epitaph is that his head will explode, that's enough for him to skip time.

And if dio does know diavalo, he most likely won't want to kill him, as his ability is something he'd want on his side to help achieve heaven. But ye za warudo win
Finally, someone who can actually explain how KC works in less than 3 sentences
Something you mentioned in your video that I think let’s pucci win overall is that his time acceleration does effect humans, as seen when he turns a child into a grown adult at the super market. It’s just in the final battle he doesn’t want people to age and die he wants everyone to “see heaven” also known as their whole lives fate. So he keeps them alive to witness the whole universe then reset it so they can live their lives again knowing what will happing to them but being unable to change their actions only following fate. So all other human stand users would lose to age if pucci wanted to, dio the vampire would be able to live longer but would have to always avoid the spinning sun.
You failed to mention that bites the dust can only be placed on non stand users
and the fact that kira doesnt actually know if time has been rewinded
Since when was that stated
I feel like crimson can stop anyone of the stands, epitaph can see the future for 10 seconds it's possible the user can see when the world's timestoping and could try to skip his time stop, bites the dust is useless against stand users so obviously killer queen loses, and king crimson could blind made in heaven with his blood in time erase
Diavolo cant skip time if there isnt any time

You can't stop time in a world without time 💀
@@rrrocky_15____ Yeah but diavolo's body wouldn't exist during timestop. The person freezing time would obey fate while punching air. Disvolo would see them teleport suddenly, but he'd still be safe in erased time

Or how do u have so little subs??? Ur underrated af
King crimsons ability is kinda weird since he threw his own blood at Giorno to blind him so in theory he can interact with some things around him, but if he would go against DIO he would lose. Not because he cant beat him, but because DIO is a vampire and can regenerate. Now if it was against Jotaro I think Diavolo can win. Epitaph can see into the future so Diavolo can just erase time and kill Joatro before he can react since it has been shown that you do not remember how you got there only that it has happened. I think King Crimsons abilities are much better in my opinion as it took JOJO to create one of the most over powered stands to be able to counter it. So id put it KC > The World / Star platinum > MIH > KQBTD in order. Do I think Diavolo can beat DIO, no due to his vampire powers, but if he did not have them then yes I do.
Basically during time erase, Diavolo and extensions of Diavolo are exempt from fate while nothing else is. This means that fate essentially gets rewritten when time erase ends to account for Diavolo being alive and interacting with the world. When time erase ends, fate would be rewritten to account for the thrown blood by making Giorno blind from the blood.
TW/SP>MiH only if there is some protection (like Annasui) and TW/SP>KQBTD only if Kira is literally forced to fight
I'm pretty sure he threw his blood and it stopped right before hitting Polnareff
Let's be real here, GER was only left out because it would wipe the floor with literally any other stand in the series xD
Also antagonists and the fact GER isn’t a time stand and it would probably have trouble if not outright lose to tusk act 4
meanwhile kars: *muffled screaming in space*
Yeah alot of villains has time related abilities. But it does make sense, being able to control the one uncontrollable factor in life is very powerful. Tine will always move and be around. Having control in some way of time does make you above others.
One thing, time stop shouldn't be spamable since each time stop takes a lot of stamina from the user, but DIO wad able to spam it due him being a vampire and having way more stamina not to mention he drank blood twice in the figh he had with Jotaro
Bro, Diavolo has 0 chances against the world
Just think, if Dio stops time before, he wins, because he can attack during stopped time, it's impossible to defend and KC has low resistance and TW has a huge destruction power
If Diavolo gets the advantage and get behind Dio and attack him when the time returns, he's also dead
If Bruno could react after the first KC attack, holding KC harm with a zipper, Dio would just did the same thing he did with Silver Chariot, stop time and hit him
The only chance Diavolo has is if he gets the advantage and with Dio's head, but not even StarPlatinum could InstaKill Dio with a hit on the head. And, it probably won't do that, Diavolo basically just attack the chest, not the head
Dio never can stop time before diavolo can erase it. Epitaph would show diavolo that he was suddenly obliterated somewhere within the next 10 seconds. Diavolo would have no choice but to erase time in response. In what universe would diavolo see a new enemy and not try to preempt them?
I expected a jumpscare in the end
I think a lot of people misunderstand how Bites The Dust works... the user cannot trigger it, it is placed in a person then them revealing the identity of the user triggers it and the user isn't aware a loop has taken place. Mandom is generally better (not counting killer queens other abilities) for general use.
Bites the Dust is very situational, but very powerful too. Given the right situation it can kill pretty much everyone on this list. This because the explosion is technically instantaneous, meaning once it is set, it won't give you time to react. Perhaps King Crimson could escape it somehow, but Dio couldn't, nor Pucci, because they could not react to try and dodge the ability.
Obviously Bites the Dust is not a battle stand. Try to make it a battle and Bites the Dust will lose. Surely if Kira is walking by and everyone else knows who who is he and can kill him right there and then Bites the Dust is rather useless.

Actually, the world's ability is not to stop time, it is to grant the user's will. Dio can stop time because Enya told him he can do it, and then he started to believe in his soul he can stop time. That's why Dio keeps evolving the time stop, since he believes he is becoming more and more overpowered. And if you realise that he started to think that Jotaro can stop time, and then he does stop time, everything fits in this teory. If i'm wrong about something, tell me.
how did u come up with that :
Does not add up. Dio does not think anyone except him can move in timestop and it's only after he sees Jotaro flinch in the freezed time that he believes he can move.

Ger is not a direct time stand but just the nature of his stands ability makes it so he has to be able to manipulate time, i.e Ger removes all causes so the only way to do that is just completely eliminate the cause for example if someone throws a knife at me and I get stabbed removing the knife from existence would eliminate the cause or reverting time like Ger does to where the action never happened
GER actually is a time stand, so it can revert Time back to its normal self
Honestly who even cares. JoJo fans can’t even agree whether GER manipulates time, causality, or fate 🤷♂️

Cool vid homie, but I would like to point something out here. BTD can only be put on a non stand user, which I don’t think is mentioned. Also, when BTD activates only the person who Kira has placed it on remembers going backward in time. That’s why, especially against a villain like Dio who doesn’t care a ton about hiding himself, I think Kira could easily assassinate him. All he has to do is send a non stand user to Dio’s hideout and have them tell every person they see his identity. It may take a few loops, but nobody has any counter to this. In fact, the only person who can realistically stop BTD is the person who it is placed on unless someone already knows Kira’s identity and wants to battle him while KQ is unavailable.
That’s all assuming prep time, ofc which BTD needs for something like this since it’s not exactly a “battle” kind of ability but more of an automatic defense.
At 1:57 you mentioned DIOs time stop abilitys weakness is the delay and you show Jotaro smack his head
I m an Jojo casual but I always interpreted the scene as Jotaro moving inside the time stop as he had showned up to that point. In the clip it even shows the time skip effect getting activated.
So I'm curious if it was somehow different in the manga or anyone else having more to say about this
1:55 Here we can hear a faint squeal of happiness from Star Platinum.
I've always seen it as that you can't stop time that doesn't exist.
Kira gets a friend. Plants bites the dust. The guy walking telling everybody his friend is kira. Everyone dies.
Ah yes, because Kira is known for his healthy social life and wide arrange of non-stand user allies to plant Bites the Dust on and will definitely not get blitzed in any way during the hour it will take for these powerful stand users to blow on this direct fight
Kira is the least likely person to win because, simply put it, his win condition is WAAAY too hard for him to get off if he is directly being attacked by people who just have all around better abilities for blitzing someone with a OHKO. Hell, even if he does get it off and fate everyone to die, Diavolo can exempt himself from fate with his time skip and just skip over his own death to continue fighting
Honestly even if we do get someone with a friend the stand ability, after all this is a comparison of the stand not the user, it still is gonna get pretty much ratio'd
The user of mandom has to consciousness allow you to remember the time reversal. Like how he had to tell Gyro his ability so that he wouldnt be affected by the memory wipe. So unless Randy tells Dio his ability he simply will go back in time. And it might only be a conscious tick to only have 6 seconds. The watch isnt part of his ability but he still only rewinds 6 seconds no more no less because thats his thing.
I’m pretty certain that king crimson can interact with things while it skips, for example giornarancia is shown to be sort of teleporting on top of the spikes, which would only happen if diavolo put him there in skipped time. The stand is also shown moving out of the way of attacks, which also suggests that it can interact with its enemies in skipped time. Therefore, the dio vs diavolo matchup is just based on who can activate their ability first.
Diavolo cannot physically interact with objects within the erased time. He is, however, completely intangible with what touches him. The reason why Narancia was killed was because that's what fate intended for him, but since Diavolo eliminates himself from fate within the erased time, the action occurred without his direct involvement even though it was always fated to be him who killed Narancia.
@@tryinglyon I don’t see how he’s able to throw blood though, nor why he feels the need to dodge mistas bullets.

@@tryinglyon that’s what I’m saying about the blood. If he’s intangible and can’t interact with the world, why can he casually throw something?
@@BT-rl3nt Because his blood, the blood that is in his body, is intangible just like he himself is in the erased time. But the second it's released outside of him, it becomes apart of that forgotten time. Diavolo couldn't just pick a gun up from the ground and shoot someone, but he could throw his blood which has a severed connection to him.
Idk about these stands but some stands like "the gratefully death" are very underrated
I think it would come down to the stand user in most cases. Who has what info? Do they already know what their opponents stand can do, and if not, how quickly can they figure it out?
Killer Queen is a time related stand, it rewinds time everytime someone finds out his identity until it happens enough and doesn't happen again
D4C On A Nutshell: You Have Unlocked Respawn
Also to pile in the users. A vampire with dios calibre, what with enchanced senses and many other abilities just gives him an edge on injuries he might take should he be caught off guard.
5:38 wrong, Bites the Dust's time reversal is not remembered by the user, I guess if it means the initial activation when it's implanted within someone? It's a pretty major plot point that the one who Bites the Dust is implanted within is the only one to remember any time loops
Heres a little something for king crimson, Diavolo can attack as soon as time resumes basically being immediate attack. King crimson can project epitaph on other things which can confuse enemies. The world is better until king crimson gets those weird fate hacks like " oh I saw you getting hit by me in epitaph so I will erase time and finish the job " good vid btw. Dio vs Diavolo is basically " who uses their ability first " the battle because if any of them use their ability then the other loses simple like that, erase time has all of its complicated mechanics and time stop has its self explanatory mechanics.
The World full true potential can be showcase by Dio because since he was no longer a human being having the chance to have infinite (not really but long duration) time stop
Sadly he let his guard down
Like come on what else do you need Strong Power,Lightspeed attacks,Good precion, and Time stop
