@@AugmentalGameplay well I just think it's kinda sad if you upload something that you're passionate about to share with others to just decide they don't deserve it anymore. There's one guy that took his stuff down because he felt people weren't giving him enough money. Idk I just feel like modding you should go into the mindset that you're doing it for other's enjoyment as well as your own
Those that edits weapons really sucks because they also can mess up your weapon replacer, few days ago i spent hours wondering why my hunting rifle replacer is not working finally i found that reason was greygarden mod that was overwriting hunting rifle replacer mod.
Only time I've bothered with pre made player homes has been the Neon Flats and Noir Penthouse from CC, and even then, I waited until they were on sale and used mods to get the roof, wall and floor tilesets in build mode to make it actually worth it. I just enjoy building my own player homes, as you can see from my channel 😆
I want to be honest. Apart from Chestnutlodge and Pineneedle, none of these home mods knock my socks off. I'm missing some of the real gems here, like RRTv's Subway Safe House, Underground Hideout Redux, or Coastal Cottage Player Home. Yes, I know, all three are no longer available via Nexus mods, but there are ways to get them and as long as those ways don't disappear, I'd take those three mods over even the two mentioned above any day.
The moon palace is super disappointing. Like the idea of your own private mansion sounds really cool, and the aesthetic design MOSTLY works... but then they just had to go and snap the game balance like a twig.
It would be nice if you do a video about mods which change up the environment of the commonwealth. You’ve already done a video about winter so a video about making the commonwealth stay dead and dry or make it lush and green. I know that this topic is a bit over saturated but I’d like to hear a review that’s more than “it’s better than vanilla” or “It’s definitely much more green.”
Found your channel a few days ago and gotta say I love the content. Wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you actually explaining stuff like pre-combines/vis, scripts and load order stuff. So many mod reviews or list videos never mention any of it and usually just have you download stuff without much thought for performance or bugs/compatability issues. Its nice to watch someone review mods who can explain how certain things actually work and the drawbacks for a lot of badly made mods
One of my favourite additional homes is "Bobbi's Place". It simply allows you to use Bobbi's house in Goodneighbor as a home. Simple, but a very convenient location. One version fixes the floor and cleans the place up a bit. One thing that confused me at first was getting a key to the workshop. Bobbi will let you into the house, but I have never found a key to the door that lets you access the workshop. Once you realize that you can use the workshop immediately and just scrap the door, the problem goes away. (Actually doing Bobbi's quest is completely optional.)
I wanted to go a bit more obscure, and I already reviewed both APC Home on the Move and APC Transport in my fast travel alternatives mod battle a while back.
i just installed Pineneedle Rest Player Home and it is definitely worth the download alone , the amount of the little things you can do is crazy ( also be aware of your surroundings because of the occasionally wolf attack )
I was curious on how you organize your load order cause I've been redoing my load order after not playing well over a year and was trying to find a good way to organize it.
Sorry for the kind of late reply but I don't really do anything special. For many mods load order doesn't matter. I just check in xEdit before playing to make sure nothing dumb is happening like patches being overwritten by the mods they're supposed to patch.
Probably put the big mods first like All In Ones or Overhauls or large texture packs. They can then be overwritten by smaller mods. Some mods must be put near the end, like PRP. A lot of mods don't conflict and can go anywhere.
Best player home is Settle Anywhere mod, and set up in Vault 81 with auto close vault door, lots of NPC and familiar faces + security, vendor / barber. Nothing beats it. Only annoying thing is having to save and restart the game for the invisible workshop items to show. But a small price IMO.
i wish there was a mod that allowed us to make mini bases whereever we like... but really small ones.. like the fallout 76 camp mod where you can build settlements... only i dont want to build settlements.. what i want to do is play super tough survival playthrus like horizon or frost or something and be able to set up a few bases here and there in little nooks... normal settlement builder mods make them far too big.. often this causes issue cos it might not let you place it, stating there are enemies nearby etc.. and it makes it too big an area you can build in.. id like it so u can only change maybe 6x6 blocks or 10x10... you find a room, block off the door, put down a campfire and a bed, a storage container, a weapons workbench.. a few home comforts.. make a tiny cosy little home.. then you move on to a new area
Best player home that i have been using is travellers bunker, location isn't that great because it's close to place where Nakano's live. But it have working workshop, every workbench, multiple power armor showcase places, weapon showcase room, armor showcase room, bobblehead stand and it's look really good. It can be little heavy to run because when i fast travel there my fps drops to 70 while i usually have allways over 100
Hey ma bro please can you make a video about environment overhaul modes like pin tress, true grass and FCR and which one of them is recommended for a medium pc? And of course if any of them break precombines
I want someone to make a secret preservation shelter home I'd download that. It'll be like batman kind of all the shelters can transport you back to your shelter home
Some of the mods are nice but most of them are either to big for my desire or at a location where im not intend to travel in survival playghthrough so for me they are unusable.
How d fck do i fix the black, brown and rusty faces ! Most of the npc's are bugged for me no matter what! I've tried everything to fix them, nothing's worked so far and the wheel menu, i don't know how to get it to work (i've tried with def_ui, valdasil's sorting) but i can't configure it, it's always placed at the very left side of my screen so only half of it works 😂 please help
3:57 The vanilla female ass looks like as if they wore diaper. The 1st mod I installed after I saw my wife running to the vault in front of me, was CBBE (curvy version). I thought every man does this. The player homes look good, but I never understood the concept. We adventurers are nomads. We don't have a home. A base, yes, like the soldiers have, but a cozy home defeats the purpose of a post-apocalyptic survival setting. There are already too many settlements that do that. Good video btw., as always.
Well at least most of us do clearly when CBBE is most downloaded fallout 4 mod on nexus. And on player homes for me that is more like "trophy house" place where you can drop all unique stuff. And sure if you go more line of making game hardcore survival game then cozy home dont really fit that picture.
I sure do love it when someone can talk smack about mods instead of overly praising them like some if not most other youtubers do
babe wake up new Pancuronium video
But what if I dont wanna get up

To bad RedRocketTV deleted his player homes, they were top tier
Any reason given as to why?
@@AugmentalGameplay zero clue dude, sorry
It's kinda scummy to delete mods honestly. Surprised nexus and stuff allows it.
@@generic_tough_guy.4830 it's scummy to think you're entitled to someone else's passion project.

Underground Hideout is better than all of em (Pineneedle doesn't have shared storage with workbenches)
The military bunker is a pretty nice one. Although I think you were going for some more obscure ones.

I don't care Atlas Summit,Wikes Estate and Lima Detachment are better than all these tbh
100%

maybe minutemen overhauls next time? castle repair mods also would be nice
Hey. Thanks for the interesting video, but what about the Wilkins Estate? Or APC Player Home?

way too fast camera movement
can barely see the details of apartments

Ever gonna do new Vegas mods again?
Probably, at some point.

Wish there was a mod that allows you to add a supply line to Home Plate in Diamond City.
I have no interest in homes nor I find them fun , but just as u said it wasn't boring some how
Pine needle rest would be great for an Enclave remnant in hiding
Whens this guy gonna drop a top 10, golly

Reported, advertising free drugs
Honestly I just stick with settlements.

Don't use mods that edit face textures or try Rusty Face Fix Redux 2022.
Wheelmenu should have MCM options to change its position.

Actually really liked this video, it was a nice change of pace from the usual gun mods or big tiddy armors
My favorite is Aloots Home Plate
