In Japan, we use a teaspoon of rice or potato starch that is mixed in with the egg whites.
honestly, that could have been a good addition to this recipe would have made for a more stable egg white, but it does work very well without it.
@@MakeSushi1 no wonder their eggs always have a slight glimmer to them lol. the texture is extremely appetizing.
That looks great! Makes me think if I could add some mashed banana to the eggwhite (I love banana omelette)
The title: one ingredient!
The video: four ingredients...
well, the other ones are optional so, he aint wrong
@@m4sterbyte822 *nono he’s gotta point*
@@m4sterbyte822 the butter wasn't optional, try making an omelet without some sort of oil or butter.
@@wouterdeheus3626 sure, but at that point you might as well complain that you need a pan
Yum.
thank you Renee
日本でこんなの食べたことないけど食べてみたい笑

Crack eggs into bowl. Hand bowl and whisk to 5-star chef. Wait in kitchen until done. Enjoy!
حلوو
you said it was 1 ingredient there are at least 4
One ingredient.... egg and sugar.
"one ingredient!!"
so that was a fucking lie 😂😂😂
one... beside salt, sugar, butter.
Guys, sugar is optional.
Salt is a seasoning 🧂
Butter can be oil or oil spray just to not make it stick.
As long as you have eggs 🥚 you’re good to go with this recipe
@@MakeSushi1 we're just poking fun at the title :D
would have been perfectly fine just calling it Japanese Ultra fluffy omelette egg recipe 🥚 😊
no need to claim the recipe is one ingredient when youre showing us a recipe with several :D
So one ingredient eggs. All you need is butter, eggs, salt and sugar

@@amyplayz9386 idk
I'll have to try that with some Cajun seasonings. Very interesting...
But that makes it more than one ingredient.
@@wouterdeheus3626 but it makes it taste better.
I just found this channel and now I find out that you’re not posting anymore damn
Well I hope that at some point you feel up to posting another video
But until then thank you for all the effort you put into this channel
please upload :(
Just like a cloud. A very light and fluffy omelette. It looks great. Cheers! ✌️
it's indeed like eggs turned in to clouds :)
When I was a kid, my mother had a special pan for making "fluffy omelets" - it had a hinge in the middle, so you could fold it over while it was cooking. This was something fancy to serve to the "ladies who lunch" - or to get a picky child (me) to eat eggs.
Interestingly, in Spain, we have a similar pan to make tortillas a potato egg dish that is very traditional.
now that you mention it that would be a good pan to make a whole version of this fluffy egg omelet
I have this pan too. Makes perfect regular omelets.
I'm happy you still making videos, I just found you from the Kewpie mayo recipe from 7 years ago. Thank you so much for sharing with us. 💕✨
wooah so fluffy.. 🥺🥺
it's like eating a cloud ☁️☁️☁️
Indeed its like eating fluffy egg clouds ☁️
hello thanks for the videos that looks so delicious! how are you doing and where are you from? greetings from Germany
I'm not sure that I'd count eggs, salt, and sugar as one ingredient...
My wife keeps asking for "fluffy eggs" but using only eggs. Nothing else. I was hoping for that when I clicked on this.
the sugar is usually optional, it just makes it taste better. The salt is also just for flavor, although it does slightly change the yolk texture
What happened to your creative juice? Keep on squeezing out your creative juice! I know you're more creative than this other so called sushi master on yt.
I used Powdered sugar instead of granulated. It adds cornstarch to make the meringue stable. They use starch in Japanese versions as well. I ended up mixing up some lemon curd and fresh passion fruit and serving with that. Delicious and took me 12 minutes including cleaning the mixer!! My daughter was so surprised
Meringue omelet ! “ BRILLIANT “ ! Chef Davy, have you tried making any with flavorings ?
Like an inside-out Eggs DeVaux!
I like it!
OMG I really can't believe it, thank you for watching my cooking videos and liking them.
I have never seen this before🤣
its amazing
I thought it was a cheesecake of something! hahaha 😂😂😂

Hope your doing fine, love your channel, look forward to more videos. For now I get inspiration and good knowledge and how to make Sushi from your channel.
More videos please😉
U hv 2 eat right away. If it sits too long, the fluff disappears leaving flat eggs.
All the folk of my homeland are thankful to you.

smelly caakeee smelly cake
it's not you fault...
Dude - Chef Davie, where did you go? UA-cam misses you!
took a little break, I'm back currently making shorts (vertical format video)
This looks so delicious!
I love it♡
But Its not
Cool idea, however: Egg, sugar, butter, salt... This is FOUR ingrendients, not one. Please change the title of your video to be honest, no more clickbait please
I mean all those are staples, staples don’t really count, right…
This is fluffier than a French omelette!
indeed it might be the fluffiest omelette in the world.
it is, in fact, half a cake. same prep and and ingredients.
Thank you, I will definitely try that.
Can we add turmeric and pepper in it?
I think you can definitely add some spices
@@MakeSushi1 thank you 😀
Oooh, tumeric would make it look pretty (good for our ❤).
I'm "jiggling" to see more from HTMS

Wow I so amazed that you made it very nicely and only eggs this omellette really fullfy and yummy 😋
Would like to hear you talk about drying small fish in the sun and basting them with some kind of shoyu mixture. I remember this from my childhood. They used freshwater smelts.
I didn't even know egg whites turned fluffy. You learn something new everyday.

Hello baturay anars youtube videos like thanks
I'm making a Japanese themed comic for a friend of mine (who loves anime) for her birthday. I have a couple questions. One, what are the main condiments and toppings for sushi? And two, what are six very basic decorations for a Japanese place? Like on a door, for example.
Main condimentes are probably tuna and salmon :)
where the hell have you gone man. We miss you.
I wonder how that taste like 🤔
Why re-upload ed ?
I was a bit tired and up loaded the wrong version, an earlier edit that was not the final version
I was hoping no one noticed, haha

John 14:6 KJV, "Jesus saith, I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
1 Peter 2:24 NIV, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed."
John 3:16 KJV, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life".
Romans 3:23-24 NIV, "...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus".
John 8:12 KJV, "I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life".
Jesus is the only WAY to God, the TRUTH of salvation, and the Breath/Bread of LIFE.
ACCEPT Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Sins separate us from God because He's Holy. All sins will be forgiven and erased through faith in Christ Jesus. God ♥ you, is alive, merciful, faithful, truthful, and is waiting with His arms wide open FOR YOU! For Jesus did not come to establish a religion, but to become a mediator between God and men.
Through the Grace of God, Jesus was given to us by paying the price at the Cross at Calvary. Repent and confess from your sins to Jesus and ask Him to forgive you. A sinner cannot save a sinner, only a sinless person can. That sinless Being is Jesus Christ Himself.
Through the faith in Christ Jesus, the sick was healed; everywhere He went, He healed the blind, the mute, the deaf, the demon-possessed, raised the dead, as well as performed many miracles; He also walked on water, turned water into wine, calmed the storm with His command, and was raised up from the dead. Miracles are still being seen today! Jesus is our helper, our healer, our refuge/protection, and our strength for when time gets tough.
God is standing and knocking at the door waiting for your answer right now because THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS COMING.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
これは日本にはない気がする
Does it...taste good, though? Surely it's just egg white flavour, which isn't that great at all.
Yes, it does only taste like eggs. You can flavor it I think though. I might try to make a flavoured one.
Amazing
Thank you very much Nusrat!

That looks a bit funny. How about some sugar in the pan to make a caramel coating?
You can do that but cutting it would be hard to do. Instead make a caramel sauce and put it on after you slices the pieces.
Looks great. But the taste...
Excellent
Put spicy Mayo on it

@@MakeSushi1 🤣
More than one ingredient my guy.
I mean sugar is optional and salt is seasoning it doesn't really count.
and butter, well you could use anything to make the pan not stick, oil, non stick spray.
as long as you have eggs you can make this.
he is kinda stubborn trying to convince us sugar salt and butter are not ingredients 😅
sir, please stop gaslighting us about an omelette 😂
You are a Crazy Men but so very creative Genius... I love your Ideas🤗👍🤗
