    I tried this video once, and it helped with my back pain. Then I did the 12 min beginner stretch routine. It really made my back and legs move better, and felt awesome! It's not a cure all, but goes a long way to heal and maintain my body. Worth it.

    Hi! I have never done glute workout before the class, and I followed this work out, for like a month, my turn out have improved a lot! also th strenght of my passes so I can do it better at turning in doble pirouettes! Thank you for this fantastic work out´!!!

    Youu are such a good person I ha e ever seen on UA-cam!!!! I know how hard it is to be a ballerina and how hard it will be for you , to take classes and to make such awesome and informative videos....     You film the best workout videoss, i have a meniscus injury and it was hard for me to find squat free strenghtning excersizes but your videos are so helpfulll :)) thank youu

    Hi! Thanks for sharing this great workout, however i can't really do the horizontal leg abduction exercise because of these sticking out hip bones. It's quite painful. Maybe i'm doing it wrong? Do you have any advice?

      Croco McLovin It shouldn’t be painful for the hips at all but I completely understand. Are you on a mat? Some mats have more padding than others or try putting a small towel underneath your hips. The legs need to only lift slightly to activate the glutes. Let me know if that helps 🙏🏽
