I love how you incorporated some leg moves as well. This way I don't feel like I'm wasting time doing nothing about them lol

The really instructional part for me was in looking at your wrist flexation. I was impressed by your ankle posture as well.
This was great! I am a dance student and never sure how to work on my arms so this was super helpful! I would love to see a back strengthening video and full body ballet workout!

A lot of trainers just throw push ups in their videos and a lot of exercises that press too much on the hands.
I can barely bend my wrist back and there's no way it could stand the weight of my body (cyst on tendon, waiting for surgery), I was just looking for something like this.
Plus, you seem so nice and I feel like I'm working out with a friend! It blows my mind how much you are underrated.

I can’t even lift my arms over my head, it gives me extreme pain
It would be sooo cool if you could do like a pole dancing challenge or something like that
damn my shoulders are weak :-( i prefer doing the scap retraction pulling against a resistance band, works better than using a dumbbell.
My arms and upper body so weak. This exercise killing me
She makes even trainers look like ballet shoes. When I wear trainers I look like a mosquito wearing rhino shoes.
