I can't thank you enough for these exercises! You gained a subscriber here. A lot of trainers just throw push ups in their videos and a lot of exercises that press too much on the hands. I can barely bend my wrist back and there's no way it could stand the weight of my body (cyst on tendon, waiting for surgery), I was just looking for something like this. Plus, you seem so nice and I feel like I'm working out with a friend! It blows my mind how much you are underrated.

I love how you incorporated some leg moves as well. This way I don't feel like I'm wasting time doing nothing about them lol

I can’t even lift my arms over my head, it gives me extreme pain
damn my shoulders are weak :-( i prefer doing the scap retraction pulling against a resistance band, works better than using a dumbbell.
