Hello I don’t know if I have ocd but I’ve been in constant obsession over thoughts and fears, usually things in the past ive felt very guilty for, and I can’t stop thinking about it, to the point I fear of causing pain or suffering to others, it has led me to not wanting to get up at night

Can ocd make you have a panick attack thinking you're dying? I had it 5 days ago and felt like I could breath,dying due to lack of oxygen,sweaty hands,my brain felt like it was melting and I had severe anxiety
It felt so real that I was genuinely thought that I was dying lol 🙌

So responding and analysing thoughts is a compulsion? Theres probably a fine line in the sand with that as well
Hey Tech - so trying to find that line is also a compulsion, usually at least but most people going down the rabbit hole tends to be a problem.
