I really loved the final assumption of imagining that our partner is the last person of earth it really makes sense in a weird way like where is the problem being with this person upon his all the things that seems to be unbearable for us. And of course this is for ROCD and not applicable to abusive and toxic relationships since i know some people with ocd start to ruminate on ex toxic relationships since ocd starts to latch on the thought of “what if I had to give that toxic relationship a chance since it might be that my ocd was ruining it?”. Nope, and talking real, ocd never attacks toxic relationships it actually attacks healthy ones. ❤
Hypothetical scenarios like that can really help see things in a different way.

I know this wasn't your intention but I laughed so much through this because so many of these beliefs are so ridiculous, yet I've genuinely become upset about nearly all of them. You see how ridiculous it is when you put them all together like this 😂
