    For me, art has gotten really tiresome and laborious. Your objective approach to design sketching is really refreshing in comparison. This was super informative and deserves so many more views!

    I'm not good to show my designs on paper and college doesn't really give tips or teach but expects top results. I stumbled upon your channel and am already on video number3! Giving me a lot of detailed tips and motivation that I need 🧡🧡

      Music to my ears (though I'm sad you don't get great teaching at college)!

    I'm studying to become a secondary teacher, but freehand design sketching is something I'd really love to hone on. Thanks so much for these videos.

      It’s a pleasure. Do as much talking to the students with a pen or pencil as you can, and you’ll soon become awesome at it!

      @product design maker. Where is the best place to pick up copics?

    • @productdesignermaker
      @productdesignermaker  4 роки тому

      Ben B UK based? You can try www.copic-shop.co.uk, but otherwise, a google search will throw up some competitive suppliers.

    Thank you for sharing the knowledge. What kind of paper are you using in this video? Given your approach of not trying to do artwork, do you bother with "marker paper"?

    • @productdesignermaker
      @productdesignermaker  2 роки тому

      Thank you for your support. Very well spotted on the paper approach…. Mostly I try to use photocopier paper to make the process accessible to all. If I’m working on something a bit more critical, I’ll use marker paper to avoid the bleed and add vibrancy to my work. I did a ‘doodling’ video recently in my little notebook - it bleeds a little bit the vibrancy of colour is almost non-existent.
