Hey loves! Today we are doing a Sunday reset vlog! I wanted this to be very relaxing so that we can de-stress & reset for the upcoming week. Lord knows I need to lol. We will be working out with P.volve, shopping, cooking, cleaning, planning and hanging out with the family to end the night!

Just a tip, sis: always dump the older cereals, oats, nuts, etc.. out of the pantry containers into a bowl before pouring the new refill foods into the container. Then add the older food to the top afterwards. That way you’re not leaving the old stuff on the bottom. It can lead to the whole container of food going rancid, and most of all, you’ll be eating that stale nasty stuff once you finally get to the bottom one day 😬

@KaRena that is so true. He seems like he works double time and over time when God is either blessing or getting ready to bless you. Its just him up to his old tricks. Nothing new and we have to shut him down when we see it coming. God got it and He got her.

I’m so proud of you… it’s so important to do all “ self care”….. I was literally just coming in from grocery shopping/ meal prep for the week. Now I’m doing setting up my flower arrangements now too. Thanks for being such a wonderful encouragement to us 🙏🏿

Hey Maya, thanks again for yet another wonderful vlog.. Sorry you"ve been battling depression...try having a couple slabs of dark chocolate 85% or more, it's very good for lifting the mood. Also research Sert foods; try intermittent fasting for weight loss and wellbeing and the exercise is definitely good for endorphins so you'll get there sis. P/s: Best not to keep red wine in the fridge to get the best out of it...always serve at room temp. Big hugs sis 💞
