Maya, I rewatched a chit chat you did months ago where you touched on what you were believing God for- A home, a man of God who SHOWED it regardless of what ppl said about Atlanta, and of course a man who would cherish you and your daughter. MAYA, GOD DID THAT! I said, “WOW!”The exact things you shared were answered by The Lord. 🙌🏽 That’s such a faith builder and I’m so happy for you all. 💛💛💛
What people say about the Atlanta dating scene is very true sadly and I’m glad Maya was blessed to avoid the mess but please believe my friends and I have been praying, fasting, believing, manifesting for years and it ain’t happened yet 🤣 but the show must go on

Watching my baby girl (youngest of 5), on this video drew me to tears. Even though watching the mountains in Greece (on this video) and in pictures she sent me, it still made me queasy and I thought I was going to have to take a Dramamine pill. LOL. But, I want to say that I prayed for Jeff. Everything about him; I prayed for (way before he found Maya; "He that findeth a wife, findeth a GOOD THING...")...and my baby is a REAL Good Thing! In the words of my oldest daughter (my pastor) "C'mon somebody!" LOL. God confirmed very early in the process who Jeff was and showed me his spirit. Nay sayers, "Say Nay" about everything. It is what it is. I have one word for them: Learn to not judge others and pay attention to what you need for your own life. Fact. Because that is a doggone 24 hour job! No room left to judge others. But yeah, I asked for a Man of God; a kind & peaceful man who was strong and yet gentle (and other character identifiers that he owns so well). I prayed for a man who would look at my daughter when she walks in the room; smile and say: "That's my baby." Yes, I asked God for that. I was that personal and specific. This union/engagement warms my heart and confirmed many things for me for my child. I approve. If you are a mother, then you understand that so well, when you know that you know. I welcome Jeff as a son. I called him Son from the beginning and he called me Mom. No one asked him to, he does not have to, but it was just that natural for us (that's our story). God had already paved the way and showed me his heart and I even knew who I would be in his life. There are no perfect people, but he is perfect for my child & Amirah (they are a packaged deal).
Amirah has a wonderful dad, but now she has a wonderful bonus Dad too. One who is loyal and trustworthy, loves God, her mother and loves her too. Amirah is my baby. I cried like a baby leaving her (and Maya) in the ATL. I cried all the way in the uber to the airport, and on the flight home (LOL). One time the uber driver asked if I was okay. I kept crying, but laughed too. Aweee...she was concerned about me. LOL. Okay, I'm a crybaby. But the move to the great ATL was a good move, one that I could never deny! It is full of intention and purpose, of which I am so thankful and there is so much more to unfold.
So, I just wanted to jump on for a moment, as the proud mother of this wonderful Vlogger, Maya Galore and give God praise and let all yawl know, we are equally excited about what is happening to this wonderful, down to earth, talented, gifted, beautiful and humble human being, who just happens to be my baby girl. Thanks for all of your supportive and loving comments. I'm so thankful God shines on her and is using her in amazing ways! Signing off ~ Mommy
