To not know what you want or even who you are…
Acknowledging the desire “to know” is a win.
Be kind to yourself as you figure things out.
A few keys (in my opinion):
- Consult your 50 year old self. She’s in there.
- Avoid making decisions based on insecurity & hoping that someone will be better to you than you are to yourself.
- Understand that mate selection is one of the most important decisions you’ll make.
Who you let into your life has immeasurable consequences/ implications.
- Go where you are appreciated & not simply tolerated.
- Discontinue friendships & relationships that make you feel bad about yourself.
- Use the next 10 years to become confident, skilled, capable, self-aware, and learn to create & maintain boundaries.

Yay so glad that we finally get a solo date. Can't wait to see what these vlogs will be like after the move. To me , these solo dates are empowering and lets us women no, ain't wrong with going out alone and enjoying our own company.

Loving the ‘levelling up’ space we are in as black women. As a new mum in her 30’s I e learnt it’s never too late to acquire your dream life. We put so much pressure on ourselves (society and social media doesn’t help too chile) to reach our goals by a certain time and if doesn’t happen we feel like failures but it doesn’t mean that we’re not going to get our dream life. We are on our OWN journey and we just need to keep manifesting, believing we are worthy, bring consistent and trusting God 🙌🏽

This vlog had perfect timing! I am currently on that journey where i am taking the small steps to reinvent myself mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically and creating the dream life I desire. But the habits..ugh! Some of them are hard to break. But...as you mentioned, it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. I will continue on this journey and be patient with myself. Thank you for the vlog and reminder.

I love the work backwards tip and writing things down. They have really helped me along my journey. Working backwards helps to break down your goal into steps and thus makes it easily achievable. And writing things down helps to keep you accountable and to see and gauge how far you are from your goal, among other things
