    In my point of view, veg diet might be good while bulking rather than cutting because veg diet has protein but to get a sufficient amount of protein the quantity also has to be more for example 250 grams of paneer=27 to 32 grams of protein where as 250 grams of chicken = 68 (note; this is just my point of view i am not telling anyone to be non veg if you are already veg just addsome supplement if you are afford)
