Awesome topics today. All I can say is that I’m 68 , feel like a million bucks, sex drive is strong, mindset is solid. Paul has been coaching me for 3 months, set up what I should take for ped’s and I’ve been following his nutritional protocol w/out fail. I look the best I ever have. Thx Paul.

Great show Big Paul, really appreciate the content. I struggle with sleep when dieting down, no trouble falling asleep but quality and staying asleep for longer than 4-5 hours is a struggle. Everything else is on point and seems to be going well but feel like I need to bump up sleep to 6-7 at least. Thoughts of naps to top up sleep or no good? Thinking about trying CBD oil see what that does for my sleep?? Any advice here would be greatly appreciated

When I was young and fat I already worshipped women and admired power and muscular bodies. But I was a creep with low self esteem. Now 30 years later I still am that creep with low self esteem, even thou after 25 years of ped use I look different and many women seem to fall into me and my output. My problems seem to ruin my now second marriage, too. I have managed this far and now it is time to get help, too. In Finland we have great work health care and now I have a chance to talk to a shrink. Few years ago I already had hard times. I talked to psychiatrist and he packed it well in my opinion:'using peds causes various mental issues'. We must be objective watching ourselves this said. We must not go body first into all directions. I have children and I want to watch them grow.

Alot of times ppl already have the mental health issues and they get into the gym/bodybuilding to make themselves feel better. The gear / contest prep / extreme dieting etc just exacerbates the underlying issues. Just my 2 cents (not that anyone asked). Building the mental fortitude is a part of the game.

Great talk, but the stuff about pharma grade gear and the anti cooking your own gear bit is BS perpetuated by unscientific people who have never done it and don’t understand it. Heavy metals, bad oil, need a pump not a syringe filter, not sterile, it’s ignorant nonsense.
But love the awesome content and great subject. Paul hits the stuff others miss.
