Ryan - how many triceps exercises do you usually do? There is only two in this video. I always do 4-6 simply beacause triceps is my favourite muscle part, and that might be too much since I also do chest in the same session.
It might be better for you to have a separate arms session so you're not doing chest and a tonne of triceps together. Ryan also did a tonne of presses in this workout, which uses the triceps also.
Ryan, this was great, but you really need to sort out these edits. You need to speak to camera and edit between the angles. Looks like your cameraman forgot to record the shots you’re talking to camera. Either way, like bodybuilding it’s a process you keep improving. Thanks for the content though, always insightful.
