Cheers for having me on bud. Great chat 🤝👊
Looking huge right now bro
@@mikereynolds2313 Cheers dude
Any time
Appreciate the time stamps, Paul. It’s nice to have when coming back to a video for a reference
Great podcast! - yeah would be cool to see your old youtube channel back Aaron.
Great interview conversation! Such a chill vibe but packed with great information.
Glad you enjoyed it!
This so true about the attention span. I have so many people asking me for advice and it's all information I've obtained from watching UA-cam majority of the time. I'm so educated compared to alot of these friends of mine but im still not nearly as educated as you guys but still if made it far on research alone. I don't think people really want it if they can't even use UA-cam to learn the basic muscle groups let alone nutrition and peds
Love these long videos while I’m at work. This guy was great to listen to and covered all the bases. Reminds me a bit of Nathan Styles out of the United Kingdom. Maybe if Thailand runs of of quality dudes you could contact him, seems to be following the gear disclosure topics lately.
Glad you like them!
Lotsa insight & great info here. Awesome collab.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great interview, couple of down to earth bros chopping it up. Appreciate it sirs
Cheers for watching
Thanks for listening
Aaron is the man
This was awesome
I thought so too.
@@anabolicbodybuilding full of gems
I've seen Aaron in person @ muscle factory bkk; guys a monster
You're too kind sir.
Great podcast ! I like Aaron’s 5 year analogy.
I will say once you really get a diet and schedule that clicks, the process is addictive as motivating itself!
Totally agree!
Well said about goal setting.
Been waiting on this joint!
What is Aaron’s channel can’t find it
His channel got taken down I think
what does a fat load look like? Is it after the carb load?
Yeah essentially filling up the last remaining space where intra-muscular triglycerides fit it after glycogen is fully loaded.
I usually do steak and almond butter
🤙
I hate being uncomfortable but I love being miserable
Love that
Drop some hints on the source
We would appreciate timestamps please. Just being honest a lot of us will skip the vid entirely if no timestamps because there's just too much small talk between topics we're interested in.
Really? It’s free, if you’re interested in learning the material make some kind of effort. If you want strictly the information with no small talk, buy the E-Courses man.
@@brenthickerson242 quit dick riding. Plenty of channels put time stamps it not some crazy expectation.
Just skip it then. Small talk is what makes a good podcast
@@Plumbhardliftharder I did skip it. Paul has said he likes feedback so I gave polite feedback.
I agree with you, buddy, timestamps are important and necessary
This is going to be a good one 🩵💪🏼
