    This so true about the attention span. I have so many people asking me for advice and it's all information I've obtained from watching UA-cam majority of the time. I'm so educated compared to alot of these friends of mine but im still not nearly as educated as you guys but still if made it far on research alone. I don't think people really want it if they can't even use UA-cam to learn the basic muscle groups let alone nutrition and peds

    Love these long videos while I’m at work. This guy was great to listen to and covered all the bases. Reminds me a bit of Nathan Styles out of the United Kingdom. Maybe if Thailand runs of of quality dudes you could contact him, seems to be following the gear disclosure topics lately.

      Yeah essentially filling up the last remaining space where intra-muscular triglycerides fit it after glycogen is fully loaded.
