Why i own a Nothing Phone : 1️⃣ Design, different from others even if i don’t have IP68 and symetrical front panel 2️⃣ Nothing OS 2.0 : smooth, features, great personalisation 3️⃣ Good performance overall, good hardware with 8+ Gen 1, wireless and reverse charging and Cameras are ok 4️⃣ Support: Nothing Co. listens consumers and update both NP1 and NP2 frequently. It would be nice to have a 6.1’ NP but one smartphone a year is totally fine too. I hope Nothing will continue to focus on software and also do some improvements in Cameras.
I gave up my Pixel 7 for this phone and i can say. I'm very happy with this phone. You get great software, great performance, amazing battery life and a good enough camera for whatever you need it for. Yes the Pixel 7 camera is better. But not by miles. I didn't miss my Pixel 7 at all when using this phone. Only missed the call screening feature. But with this being Android. I'm sure I'll get that in an update eventually. Good job Nothing with this phone. Cant wait to see what they do with the Nothing phone 3 but for $600 i can highly recommend this to anyone that whats a solid flagship phone that will last 3-4 years!
I own a ph 2 and its quite good, is it perfect? No it has some issues like pocket mode is bad literally bad having phone in taking out with random songs playing on. And saw some hiccups while using the phone. But overall it quite good
The 8 plus gen 1 is so underrated, I think more should have used this updated chip, the moto thinkphone did an excellent job using this chipset, even the OnePlus 10t did a great job with it.
Hey there. Concerning the icon-pack. The updated their nothing icon pack a long time ago. So that, nothings software is able to cover all new installed icons in the monochromatic look
I have a phone 2, which is actually my first android, I love how it runs and how u can customise it. The let down for me is the camera, terrible if something is slightly moving, but for £699 I can't complain much
nothing phone 2 is running on OS 2.5.1.A, it has 8+ gen 1 and it charges at 45W

u can instal the nothing icno pack so it makes the rest of the apps black and white
