Honestly, it sounds like you are using too much detergent or a non-HE detergent. Use no more than two tablespoons of detergent in your wash for a large load and see if it still does it.

I normally use about 8 tablespoon of laundry powder.
1 to 2 table spoons of laundry powder seems crazy small.
We are talking about liquid. Sorry if that wasn't clear in the video. give it a try though. If it works you save on soap.
