I bought 2 of those at Big Lots back before Christmas because I had the same idea... there's a piece of Star Wars concept art with a woman and what looks like a mini R5 droid and I wanted to make something similar

Great work doc. For a name I'm thinking O2-T6. Keeping with the number scheme but idea was sort of a leet speak play on OR the abbreviation for Orange and TR the abbreviation for Teal Green. The 2 and 6 are derived from leet speak to opt the letters to their numerical counterparts. What do you think? Is O2-T6 a solid name for this Lil droid?
Great question... I was actually done and taking my final shots of it on the turn table and when I played back the video right away I knew it wasn't right. There was this weird blank spot so I found an old tank decal and threw it on at the last second. Funny enough my previous build, the droid made from hairspray caps and a Dollar Tree toy, has the other 21 decal from the same tank model. 😂 Glad you found my channel and thanks for watching!

The initial shape did kind of dictate what the build should be. You could use them as air or fuel tanks on the back of a larger robot.

What type of super glue do you use?
I have found BSI Insta-Cure + (Gap Fill Medium) works best for me.
