Probably going to attempt this on a DC791 and DC796 because me and my coworker are having stripped gear issues, took it to a shop for a replacement trans and it cost 80 bucks, I figure a repair would be more cost effective.

How that go champ? I just unassembled my dcd791 and I'm in the process of putting it back together. I've been on hold for about a month and I have to order two of the pinion gears as I seem to lost them. Lookin at it I'm kinda overwhelmed..
