My only problem with this drill is when it comes to the slipping the jab and cross. the sticks are coming down at you, so it requires far less movement to evade than it would if it was pads or gloves coming at your face.

im not going to claim im profetional bc ive only been boxing around 2-3 months but i think i remember my coach talking about how when you lean without steping it puts you off balence for a follow up shot, i feel it would be better to try and lean like Floyd does so you stay balenced like how he puts his back foot back into the way he leaning

Boxer head movement vs karate/mma head movement, a boxer head movement slips just as needed not using any extra energy or movement while mma head movement looks cooler with the extra movement but is less effective bc ur more prone to get counter attacked it’s slower to get back into ur stance boxer head movement For the win
