    Once you get insulin resistance you really have to do a little keto. You can’t turn it around by just eating healthy food. Been there. Didn’t work. Keto got my triglycerides from 300 to 91. My HDL from 39 to 52. BP stopped going up. Residual cholesterol from 70 to 20. Lost 16 pounds too. Now I’m able to eat a little brown rice and beans and still keep my numbers good. Keto got me here. Nothing else worked.

    Many heart patients are taking aspirin. Is there a danger in eating foods high in omega 3's while taking aspirin since they are both anti-platelets?

      It is safe to eat food high in omega 3 while on aspirin.
