Good question! :) I use different strategies. 1. Energy refuel as soon as I finish practise. A combination of quickly digestable carbohydrates and whey protein. Ex. Banana+protein bar or low fat chocolate milk. 2. Use of "yourboots" recovery boots or ice boots. Cooling and massage. You can check it out here: yourboots.eu/ 3. Foam roll and massage stick. And last but not least, I finish those sessions by 10-15min easy cooldown on a bike or jogging.
