I’m so grateful for your dry land workouts. I’m an inline skater with a background in street skating trying to learn how to prep for skating much longer distances and long distance races. I have no history with speed skating of any sort. Your workouts are helping me learn how to build strength in the super low positions and in the basic functional movements necessary for this activity. I can feel the improvements and I’ve only just begun to incorporate your work into my practice. This one, in particular, is so accessible, because it is so short and compact that there’s no excuse for me not to do it. It’s also fun! Thank you so much.

I’m a 53 year old guy who wants to get back into playing basketball recreationally. I think this workout in combination with knees over toes workouts will work synergistically to keep my legs and joints strong to prevent injuries. Question: do you these in rounds, sets…? Do you eventually add weights or are these done with only body weight? Thanks.
we believe adjusting to each person's ability - perhaps start with less time per working set and seeing how they do. It is up to your discretion but we do believe it is a great workout for anybody and will help anyone!
