what about added sugar in the bread? what are your comments on research which say milk is not good for gut. Is it true that too much onions can change the caloric value of the meal (change in carbs). Is it ok to saute spinach for that long , many say spinach can lose some of t's nutrients when sauted for more than 2-3 min.

Great initiative and a good start. I get a general sense of what you intend to convey with this video - how to incorporate more protein in a busy everyday life. Manchi initiative.
What can be improved?
1. Calorie estimations are looking slightly off. 2% milk vs Full fat milk ( in your defense, you do say full fat in the video, but estimated the fat content for 2%).
2. A common mistake that I’ve done in the past is to not estimate the calorie content from other ingredients. They don’t add up to a lot in your case - but for a more restrictive calorie intake, they definitely would.
3. Coffee consumption on an empty stomach (specially black) in the mornings is a debatable topic. Please do provide caution. If it works for you then by all means!
What I liked about this is that it’s something that we can all relate to and more importantly - sustain over a longer time. 😃
