I really enjoyed watching this. I always love your vlogs but this one was particularly enjoyable since you seem to be enjoying yourself. I like seeing more of how you spend your time from the every day stuff to snip-its of the activities your doing. Great book list as well!

Re: your book about grief, you may want to read a new one by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie called Notes on Grief. It's an essay published as a book, so it's very brief. I read it because I love her writing and she is one of my favourites, and you might like it/relate to it.

Just a minor suggestion. I think your footage is all on mirror mode (I might be wrong). But can you change the mode especially when you’re talking about books? It’s easier to read and follow.

If it helps you, i'm 5'4 abt 120 lbs and the xs fits great (bit loose, but exactly how i would want them). I'd say they run large. And definitely very long.
Was the opening tune a Grange Hill remix? Brilliant!
How did you choose a therapist? Did you go for a specific modality or did they come recommended? I find it quite difficult to know and expensive to try out lots

May I give some constructive criticism (?) : I would suggest that you upload on one specific day of the week (if possible) as in that way the viewers will look forward and plan to see your videos in a specific time. It is always nice to see unexpectedly a new video upload but maybe its easier also for you to have a structure for UA-cam. I think you did upload every Sunday before Christmas. Is that correct?
Anyway, I am sure you are very busy lately and your schedules are a bit off because of all the traveling!
