I've been a silent viewer since March 2020 but wanted to say a long overdue thank you for being here, you inspire me and motivate me to live a full life. Definitely feel the difference with this vlog, felt I had a proper catch up

Hello Lizzy, thank you so much for addressing and taking into account our feedback! it truly shows how much you care about your community. Of course people have ups and downs, and possibily you are still figuring things out yourself, so I just want to say that from this side there is no pressure or rush. Whenever you are ready to put thoughts and feelings into words we will have that proper catch up :) In the mean time, continue your beautiful journey and tell us your opinions on movies, clothes, museums whatever. You don't have to open up when you are not ready. Enjoy the city ! PS: one thing that might be easier for you is to share only one day at the time, a day with less social interactions - and in here you can take the time to make recomendations on places that you enjoy that people should visit on NY, for example

I didn't comment on last week's vlog but read many of your other viewers feedback. I just wanted to say how gracefully I think you take on board feedback and have done since I've been watching you in the Manchester days - it can't be easy sharing yourself in such a way online & i'm always grateful to you for sharing part of yourself with us in such an inspiring way. I adore New York so have personally loved seeing how you've slotted in your work and everyday life to the city.

I really enjoyed this vlog. It was lovely to see what you've been doing rather than just hearing about it. Something you said at the end resonated with me. You said you were very familiar with New York whereas Japan was new to you and that's why the vlogs were different. I've never been to New York and I'm sure that applies to lots of your viewers and I was looking forward to experiencing some of it through your vlogs but until now I didn't feel that I had. Today's vlog was the first one where I almost felt as if I was there and I loved it. I hope that makes sense and I hope that you'll keep doing things in this style. 🙂

To echo the other commenters, I really loved this vlog. I enjoyed your other New York ones as well but this one was indeed a little more like your older vlogs. I loved seeing the autumn scenery and I was absolutely delighted to have a little tour of the wonderful places you've stayed in.

I’m newly subscribed and can I say that I subscribed to you bc I love your approach, your honesty, and how you’re just you whether if it’s rough around the edges at times are perfectly put together. I hope you don't mind me offering my feedback on here as I only watched the last vlog now and wasn't sure if you would be able to see my comment on an old video!
I love it when you share new pieces (gifted or bought) but often feel like you don't actually go into enough detail about the item. Especially gifted items which can be costly. I think when you have to save and spend your cash on clothes/shoes when this is not necessary for your job you really have to consider whether it is worth the price etc. UA-camrs like Emma Hill really go into detail on a product which helps inform a viewer re possible purchase. It sometimes comes across as though you don't appreciate that its a big decision and a commitment to spend x amount or to save for it, based on your recommendation. I also think sometimes you have great intentions and ideas but don't always follow through or jump to another intention without delivering on the former one - monthly fashion reports, illustrating why you have purchased something and how it will fit into your current wardrobe etc. I think it sometimes feels like a lot of amazing clothes but there is no sense of cohesion for your whole wardrobe and how it all fits together and the why of certain new items (have they replaced old ones etc? what's the thinking / planning behind it).
I hope that makes sense and that it has come across in a respectful way as intended.

@@josepha133 well yes, but it's still money, especially since a lot of brands that Lizzy works with are not very cheap. Also, it's about sustainability, if something is not durable or doesn't really fit into your wardrobe and therefore it's not gonna be used a lot, it's not sustainable

Love your American content, still the name of your hotel got me wondering a bit, is it french ? Cause in France we also use the word 'Piaule' to define the bedroom but its associated with argot//patois (mainly East of France I believe). Anyway it's not very 'chic' so it's quite funny to see it with this aesthetic !

I think this vlog has been a lot better than others but I also think you should take some more time to be artful with your clips and presentations as like in the Tokyo and don’t feel pressure just put out a video just to put out a video take your time do what you want and make sure that you yourself are happy with what you’re putting out through the artful part of yourself /this vlogis very good and beautiful / much love💕💖
