For those with a sweet tooth, fudge. 2 cups heavy cream w/2 tablespoons (to taste) of liquid sweetener. Reduce in non stick pan on medium stirring constantly to make sweetened condensed milk ( 15 to 20 mins). Turn off and add a bag of Lilly’s chocolate chips, melt then blend. You can add walnuts or use other flavors of Lilly’s per preference. Pour in 8x8 and cool.

We have a Dash Mini ice cream maker and use it 3-4 times a week. I use HWC, cocoa powder, alulose and stevia, thin it with a bit of unsweetened almond milk, vanilla. For extra flavor I sometimes put in a large tbsp of sugar-free pnut butter powder. A tiny bit of xanthum gum goes a long way in helping the whole thing to set up thicker and quicker. 10 mins later: ice cream!

I use my dash ice cream maker all the time, love it. I know it's done because the sound it makes changes. It's the consistency of soft ice cream when you first make it and hardens if you put it in the freezer. I usually take it out half an hour before eating to thaw slightly and make it easier to scoop.

I bought a Cremi when they first came out. I got 5 pints with it (old lady QVC deal) and then bought 4 more. I eat ice cream almost every day. Right now I am making the cottage cheese, strawberry ice cream. I also make coffee and chocolate. I keep mine in my dining room, on a small table. Its just steps from my sink. The only drawback I have found with the Cremi, is that I have to wipe down the gear that protrudes and goes into the top. If you forget, your next pint has dried yuck in it. So, while it is mixing, I wet a paper towel and have it on top ready to wipe. I wash the pints, lids, mixing lid, container and blade in my dishwasher. Easy.

I use it to turn KetoChow (healthy low carb meal replacement drink) into ice cream for lunch everyday with a carnivore-keto dinner in the evening. KC has about 30 flavors so I never get tired of having the same old. The Creami now has a dedicated place on my countertop since I use it daily. I had to buy extra containers to freeze as they all have me making them ice cream at least once a week. I am the only one doing keto, but I enjoy coming up with personalized flavors for everyone. However, you have the dash, so I say use that until it dies. That is what we did and my old ice cream maker was over 20 years when it died.

1/2 tsp of Stevia (or 1-2 tsp of your keto sugar substitute of choice)
    2-3 Tbl Heavy Cream

Chop the chocolate squares into smaller pieces to melt easily in hot water.
Add to mug chococlate, keto sweetener of choice and cinnamon

In a Sistema 4.4 ounce container with screw top lid
      1 Tablespoon Allulose
1 Tablespoon vanilla whey protein powder
      3/8 teaspoons Stevia
1/8 teaspoon guar gum (or xanthangum but guar gum works best)
      1/32 teaspoon salt
Optional: any additional flavoring wanted (sometimes I use 2 teaspoons of a Keto Chow flavor and mix in with dry ingredients, using less whey protein powder )
Mix dry ingredients with small whisk
      Add in
1 Tablespoon sour cream (adds nice flavor)
      1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Carefully mix together with whisk (this takes a bit of doing but then it all comes together in about a minute). If too stiff add a drop of cream to thin it out
Fill to almost full with heavy whipping cream - leave room for air - and whisk gently just a bit to incorporate
Put tops on tightly and shake for at least 1 minute
Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight

I love my Creami, I can’t do milk so I use coconut milk in my ice cream recipes. I also use my Magic Bullet and add ice to the ice cream base. The texture is more like a frosty.

Maybe I'm older and not as sensitive at 65 years old. I like the word "moist". It describes things that are moist. But I'm open for expanding my vocabulary. Synonyms include: damp, dampish, steamy, humid, muggy, clammy, dank, moisture-laden, wet, wetish, rainy, drizzly, drizzling, dewy, dripping, soggy, sweaty, sticky. None of those I would apply to a cake. Any suggestions, anyone? Thanks to the Keto Twins for those wonderful chocolate desserts. You are both inspirational, to say the least!

Both recipes I would try! Super simple ingredients. That new sweetener is intriguing. I'll look for that. HOWEVER, best part of the video, as always for me, is seeing that precious puppy. I can't remember if that's Ollie or Henri but ❤️❤️❤️ him!

Looks yummy, ladies. I keep saying I NEED chocolate cake. You can put sugarfree chocolate candy it will melt as you cook and gooey out when you cut. Put the chocolate piece in the freezer so it will not melt immediately.

I love my Ninja Cremi. It is so easy to use and the ice cream has a great texture. I wind up usually processing it twice to give it that texture. You can make sugar free lemon or whatever flavor you like ices. And the ice cream recipes in the book I just substitute the sugar for something sugar free.

Sooo... does that core stuff you used for the chocolate frosty come in vanilla? You could do the recipe with vanilla ( adding other flavors if you wanted to - like cinnamon), and have that over the Choklad kaka ( and that recipe did remind me of a cake my gramma made - she was Swedish )when I was a kid .. so thanks for the memory!
I have a bigger version of the ice cream maker you have... I have never used a ninja , but I feel that if it ain't broke, don't fix it! The one you have seems to have done the job quite well! Enjoy and thanks for sharing!🎉
