real easy problem to solve...just keep her awake all the time. ..you can make all the noise you want in your own home.just take turns following her around and make sure see don't sleep....
How can it be a tenant-rent situation for an eviction case she doesn't pay rent to them nor does a contract exist for a rent right? This is a "nanny-baby-sitting-getting-fired-case." This is crazy so is your judge, glad I don't live there.
Selenica Princela in sure there's a contract that she'd be living there. Even if there's no written agreement, after the first thirty days if they didn't want her they should have called police. That's how the law sees it. You have to do things the right way.
you have got to love United States laws a homeless person can move into your home and you cannot throw them out you have to have a high court evict them sounds fucked up don't it.
Invite a huge, leather-clad gentleman to spend the weekend. The first morning at breakfast, the Big guy should whisper in Nanny's ear, "You smell different when you're awake." Then eat a raw steak, park the motorcycle under her window and rev it all night... It shouldn't take long. If it were me, I'd fax a picture of the nanny to every agency in town with a description of the abuse to which she subjected the family. But I'm a bitch like that...
Since she was employed by the family and fired she should have to leave After you are fired from your JOB you can not show up everyday at your old job if your ex employer call the police you will go to jail. This is not a normal tenancy its an employment based tenancy she is not employed anymore she have to go. it should be a law protecting the family
UnoriginallyInclined Before she stopped working for them, and is her responsibility to leave and find another job. How would you like it if you were forced to take care of a person you hated and would go to jail otherwise?
Don’t let anyone in your house and your yard. I had to chase out two squatters out of my neighbors driveways when my dumb neighbors let one of them stay one night and another was let into the yard to pick fruit from their trees. Then the police said they were invited and could stay there.
LKJDDIAMOND P R O D U C T I O N yeah no shit, from what I heard when performing a background check on someone, you can also see if they have a history of this kind of bullshit like this, if they had done this to other people, see if they've also done lawsuits, it's just dangerous to just let anyone in your house, because all you're doing is inviting trouble to you and your family.
It’s simple, change the internet password, lock the fridge and all bathrooms, wait for her to leave then lock the doors, close the garage, and destroy her room. That’s legal too as it is still their house so if they want to put a lion in her room they can lol
i wish it worked that way, but sadly, since her contract allowed her to live there, she became a legal tennant, meaning they cant do much except wait for the eviction to go through, in 6 months or more. there are many laws that protect tennants, and while that is good is some cases, we get bad cases like these
This whole situation is sooo messed up. Our laws in America are so freaking weird. Gosh makes me fearful to hire a nanny or ever help anyone out. I feel for the family. Hope things worked out for them.
This is ridiculous. I dealt with a similar situation where an ex gf refused to leave my apartment. I had to stop paying rent and get myself evicted for her to actually leave. Her name was Tracy’s trave
briansivley2001 with all do respect, CA sucks and is run by liberals. Everyplace else is run by sane people who accept our president. I live in CA and those liberals are destroying us

And this is the main reason why I will never live with any woman I am married but I learned from my last apartment that was in my name not to ever let my wife live with me ever again. I love her dearly and it sucks sleeping alone every night but the benefits outweigh the negatives no matter how I look at it. Sometimes I get weak and I really want her back and I think about giving her a key to my new home and then I think about everything I went through and then I have my fat Amy moment and decide that sometimes I really feel the urge to do crystal meth and then I think again.. " naw" "probably not a good idea" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Stop feeding her
Give her sugma.
Beetie lmfao
i would have partys all day EVERYDAY.. dogs shittin in the house.. move some chickens inside the home.. maybe a PIG all that shit.. try me
damn it.i cant pay the light bill..can you? how about the water??
PlayaMade Vlogs Lmao! Love it.
PlayaMade Vlogs and a stink bomb! lol
PlayaMade Vlogs Not me. I'm smart enough to avoid a situation like this one all together. Further more I wouldn't trash my own home to get rid of someone else. That's just fucking stupid.
Lily Rose you must be on a budget
Well... Time to become a nanny in cali AMIRITE
6yteware .command with how much it is to even get a studio apartment sign me up
Lmao
I will never let anyone move in for that reason.
real easy problem to solve...just keep her awake all the time. ..you can make all the noise you want in your own home.just take turns following her around and make sure see don't sleep....
lmao!
Love it. I would blast my favorite heavy metal music!
This is actually a good idea...
What about the kids? Can't have them up 24/7....I'll shut the breaker off in that room
Moises Sotelo Let them sleepover with their friends or cousins.
Rofl,I would just listen to some speed metal 24/7 on max volume.
Danie de Waal she fucking wont love it when she wants to sleep
Bruh after no food and no wifi, I'll walk myself out the door
That nanny looks like one of those "let me speak to your manager" people
Lmao family Guy did a parody of this
CrazyRobloxian ua-cam.com/video/29zNaDaCduc/v-deo.html
She's the white version of Consuela from Family guy she gets fired but won't leave the house
Evolutionary Solitude 😂😂
Dirk Diggler WEAK AF 😩😩😂😂 true
Dirk Diggler haha you need to leave ... no no
Dirk Diggler 😂
Close off the bedroom door with a wall and install a door to the outside wall.
So she only has access to the ouside.
This is why you should never get personal with the help... Treat them like what they are which is an "employee"
There’s no other way to say this but they going to have to burn the house down and restart all over
El Chapo or just move wtf 😂
LOL
El Chapo A few tunnels would work better. LOL
Whats good el chapo my name is el chapo
move out and leave her there
this is insane, how can she just stay in someone else's home without them wanting her to be there?!!!?!?!?!?!?!
ChesterWolf The Griffin but doesn’t that mean they are no longer homeless so when you throw them out they were technically not homeless
She was not homeless tho... they gave her a job and a home.
just nail the door the door shut. and turn off the power to the room.
NEVER call the police regarding sqautters. Just handle it yourself. It's alot easier and faster
put a lock on the breaker panel and cut the power to her room or that side of the house
I think its illegal to cut the power
Invite a huge, leather-clad gentleman to spend the weekend.
The first morning at breakfast, the Big guy should whisper in Nanny's ear,
"You smell different when you're awake." Then eat a raw steak, park the motorcycle under her window and rev it all night...
It shouldn't take long.
If it were me, I'd fax a picture of the nanny to every agency in town with a description of the abuse to which she subjected the family.
But I'm a bitch like that...
Welcome to California
THANK YOU
iKnowTech Your thumbnail fits.
California wack as fuk now lol
Since she was employed by the family and fired she should have to leave After you are fired from your JOB you can not show up everyday at your old job if your ex employer call the police you will go to jail. This is not a normal tenancy its an employment based tenancy she is not employed anymore she have to go. it should be a law protecting the family
This is a perfect instance when you need to make someone "disappear".
Make who disappear? …(Lol 😏)
In all honesty what type of person did she expect to attract with that bogus offer. No pay just free live in
Lip 69 Wow, was that the deal?? Who can work for just room and board?
Was there no monetary compensation?
Yeah CNN didn't mention that part. The couple advertised on Craigslist for a live-in nanny paid with food and board. This is what they got.
UnoriginallyInclined Before she stopped working for them, and is her responsibility to leave and find another job. How would you like it if you were forced to take care of a person you hated and would go to jail otherwise?
Legend has it she is still chillin' in that same house to this day.
xCaptxCrunchx 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
What? It's not her house and she isn't working. Why can she sue the family?
Don’t let anyone in your house and your yard. I had to chase out two squatters out of my neighbors driveways when my dumb neighbors let one of them stay one night and another was let into the yard to pick fruit from their trees. Then the police said they were invited and could stay there.
Just sell the house. The Nanny is included
TN MUSlC niceee lol
The Nanny is just being a "jerk" if you know what I mean
LKJDDIAMOND P R O D U C T I O N yeah no shit, from what I heard when performing a background check on someone, you can also see if they have a history of this kind of bullshit like this, if they had done this to other people, see if they've also done lawsuits, it's just dangerous to just let anyone in your house, because all you're doing is inviting trouble to you and your family.
Javier Anguiano yeah it's basically a set up
Carbon monoxide poisoning.
Eric Fortune Jr. Or do a Glados fill her room with neurotoxin
I don’t know why but I laughed out loud 😄🙈
Your solution is murder 😂erm I'd try court first.
When you need me but do not want me, I shall stay, When you want me but do not need me...I will leave
Patrick li nanny mcphee! 😆😆
Patrick li ...Emma .Thompson she ain't!! xxx
This is ridiculous. I dealt with a similar situation where an ex gf refused to leave my apartment.
I had to stop paying rent and get myself evicted for her to actually leave.
Her name was Tracy’s trave
This is ridiculous that this family has to go through all this nonsense. It’s their home.
I wouldn't have let her eat anything I bought or cooked and she would use my electricity or water either
sell the house. problem solved
has the world gone mad
mary poppins yes.indeed it has
With a madman as the president yes it has 😑😑😑😑.
Just caliberalfornia, where feelings matter more than facts
briansivley2001 with all do respect, CA sucks and is run by liberals. Everyplace else is run by sane people who accept our president. I live in CA and those liberals are destroying us
it blows my mind how people can act this way, there's just no common sense in people anymore. So sad.
That why I live in my 2 bedroom condo in San Diego alone and don't rent out the remaining room to any body !
wtf...just a roundhouse kick,and she´s out...
Sonofab.eer 😂
Okay... So never hire a nanny. Never.
America.
...where there are laws protecting people from being suddenly kicked out of their home and without due process.
Not "America". California.
getting a restraining order would overrule that technicality
It's like that maid on Family Guy.
No, No. I stay.
"No, no. I stay..."
Need more 'Lemon pledge.'
No no you go
Wait so if your a nanny and it’s not your house and then you get fired it’s legal for you to just stay in the house! I’m sorry but WHAT THE F*#K?
that's why she posed as a nanny. she knows the law, so she installed herself, and then rested back, knowing they would be helpless. this is beyond nuts.
