We are worried you might be armed, so we needed you to comply, instead you kept refusing and retreating into your home, which makes the situation unpredictable and more dangerous for us. That's why someone shot a beanbag at you. Now, we need to talk, and you need to come outside so we can resolve this matter. He got the "next time we'll have to let you go" speech and came in 2 hours late the next day. They called him in the office and let him go. Ended up with the police escorting him out with him yelling, "How could you do this to me at Christmas, what am I going to tell my kids?" then a bunch of death threats. The branch hired armed security for three months and got a restraining order. He was a great boss and very nice, when he was there.

I disagree. It appears that he didn’t know that they were here for the workplace threats and were just there for a parole violation. If that were true then they shouldn’t have treated the situation like a felony contact and they would have gone overboard.
Was Travis wrong in threatening his co-workers? Absolutely. We're the 1st officers on the scene wrong in their 1st approach? Just to compare: Mass shootings in 2022 in the country I come from, Germany: 0. That's zero. I repeat: ZERO.
I definitely think the U.S. has an issue with violence, and, especially, gun inflicted violence.
And, no, the police or justice doesn't overreact if there's yet another death threat. They take it with the totally necessary sobriety. To prevent another massacre.
And, by the way, we are "culturally enriched" as well. Way too "culturally enriched". We just happen to have gun laws which prevent such things, and we don't have nearly as much of an issue with violence either.
Yet more food for thought: Imagine Nikolas Cruz only had a knife. How much violence could he have inflicted on others before he would have been taken down? Not much.
I know the Americans love their guns. But, they cause a lot of harm in the wrong hands. Which is the point. Guns don't belong in wrong hands, yet the U.S. make it as easy as possible to get them. Guns in responsible hands may not cause much of a problem. Guns in the wrong hands IS the problem.

He was just doing his job, nothing really special there and when a suspect is asked if they have anyone else in the house and the suspect says yes, it's his job to make sure said person or animal is safe while the suspect is gone.
He was terrible. Didn’t help the situation at all.
Not really. Pretty basic. Didn’t offer any explanation, took no blame while not blaming him. Again, pretty basic.
What would you have had him do? Talk for three hours about how his mom didn’t love him and his boss is out to get him?
With a last name like "Householder", you're destined to be a strong provider that always has a job. 😂
You have got to give the cop who talked him out a lot of credit for defusing the situation.
@@BVonBuescher the first one you shoot? i dont think you understand how much of a weirdo you are.
I don't understand why you would keep saying you don't know why they're here. Why can they not tell him something along the lines of: "We have reports that you made threats of violence against your former employer, we take that very seriously and we wanted to talk to you. We are worried you might be armed, so we needed you to comply, instead you kept refusing and retreating into your home, which makes the situation unpredictable and more dangerous for us. That's why someone shot a beanbag at you. Now, we need to talk, and you need to come outside so we can resolve this matter. If the reports against you are false, then we will figure that out, you get to have your say, but we're not going to do that over the phone. You have to come outside, we're not leaving. Let's settle this properly."
It would be a very different story if it were the LAPD, they don't have time for talk or questions, you just a tazer in your ass or worse.
@@JefErickson this tactic could potentially aggravate him and make him defensive, lessening the chances of him complying
@@g.briella because playing dumb and acting like your guys didn't just shoot him isn't going to piss him off
I really cannot fathom any possible reason to fire this man. He sounds like a great guy
Yeah, it’s a mystery.... But hey, shit happens...
“Innocent civilians on a probation warrant” that is a oxymoron if I’ve ever heard one.
😆😆 right?
You mean felon? That cop coulda roasted him if he'd been quick on his feet 🤣
As someone who lives in Wisconsin, I need to know why nearly every video on this channel takes place in Wisconsin lol
“Then Those aren’t officers…they’re criminals, and they should be arrested”😂they better watch out or he’ll trick them
yeah like what did he expect " we arrested them sorry ...have a great night sir , carry on"
"Guns are for pussies!"
I get the feeling his neighbors are happy he is gone for the night. If he is that unstable with his employer and the police department, just imagine how he acts toward his neighbors.
Travis was probably the nicest neighbour in the hood.
This guy was probably a big hit at the company Christmas parties. How could you possibly let him go?
😂
@@LegendLength he seems like ur average 0815 reddit "Free Citizien-We live in a society" User.

He fired the gun while the guy's hands were up. And then he MISSED. How dumb can cops get?
Travis is so well adjusted and civil. level headed and friendly. can't imagine why he was fired.
It's the new norm especially on planes😬
Honestly I can understand the “nothing else to lose” mentality. Even adults need a guidance counselor or therapist sometimes, but when you start causing fear and harm to others… you need to be in a cage.
Anger management is key. That’s probably why he got fired. I wonder what happened to Travis that made him so angry. Ironic he was wearing an “Obey” shirt, yet refused to obey the commands of multiple officers.
There's something seriously wrong with him. Another commenter pointed out he has had 31 criminal cases filed against him in Wisconsin. The guy's not right.
He’s too old to be wearing teenage skate brands from zummies
Well travis isnt a dog, and never actually agreed to listen to the police or accept their "authority". So
@@blmartech while it is true that Travis is not a dog, there are many dogs that have more sense. We live in a free society for the time being, but that freedom is protected by laws & law enforcement. One of the laws of the land is that you can't threaten the safety of others. If you do the cops actually have to take it seriously. In that case you don't get the option weather or not to cooperate with their investigation. Had he not made the threats he would have had the option. But in this case he did not.
Anger management for cops, too, right?
I see now why he lives alone with a cat. And honestly i feel bad for the cat.
Makes me feel better about living alone with my cat 😂
It’s amazing how often these people who thumb their noses at the law are so quick to threaten a lawsuit.
Entitlement is an epidemic in this country.
Why? Why is that amazing?
@@zoeyrochellezhombie829 Because of the levels of hypocrisy.

It is amazing isn't it?
I love the "I'm scared of the police so the only thing I could do is the opposite of what they say and try to escalate the situation" so tired of people saying that BS.
To be completely honest, if someone started shooting at me, I don't really care why, I'm leaving and/or hiding.
They keep seeing it on UA-cam and decide to try it out. It also doesn’t help when negotiators lie and claim they don’t know what happened. So he’s lying back.

Right before I was born my mom she was a Wendy’s manager, she had to fire a guy who’d been stealing like.. so much money. Just fired him no charges pressed, he came in the next day and held a gun to her head. Obviously she was fine because I was born but mannnn you gotta look into who you hire and make sure they’re someone you can fire without getting killed it’s crazy
The ability of the officer that talks to the suspect on the phone to compartmentalize his feelings is amazing.
Officer biting his tongue on the phone was smart. I would have liked to hear him say "we deployed less then lethal because you disobeyed orders and fled into your home, we didn't know if you were retrieving a weapon or trying to cause harm.
Seriously….. this guy has a skewed view of reality. Clearly he paints himself as the victim of every-time things don’t go his way. It’s better to play along than argue with this child before he has a temper tantrum
Had a supervisor who kept coming in late, missing 2 three days at a time, sometimes a full week. The branch manager and corporate HR counseled him multiple times and he'd get it together for a week or two. He was given a lot more leeway than I had seen anybody else get.
Its really terrible how some people just go off the deep end, a few bad weeks can lead to a lifetime of bad choices. sad man
Goes to show u don't know who u r dealing with.
Ugh it sucks when the person is really nice but coming in late and just being irresponsible toward his job and by the sounds of it seems like he was the bread winner of his family as well, when something is like that you have to take care of your job no matter what (at a certain extent of course) but he was not responsible with that part and unfortunately costed him his job and around Christmas.. I hope him and his family is doing better
Interesting story. I guess moral of the story is you gotta follow the rules like everyone else lol
@@stephkay2149 if he's only nice when things went OK but flips out the moment he's held accountable, that's not a nice guy.

The obey shirt😂😂
I love how he is going on an absolute rant about the shitty behavior of the police and then one of the officers, with the most polite voice asked if his cat was going to be ok. 😂😂
That’s how most people do when they know they’re being recorded 🤔
He had something on him that he couldn't be caught with. That's why he took the risk to retreat into the property so he could only get charged with resisting arrest.
11:56 Who else are they gonna point guns at? Space aliens? 😂
The irony of his shirt saying, "Obey." 🤦🏻
"There is gonna be an internal investigation...like, hardcore."
LOL ok Karen... I mean Travis.
He's gonna call the manager on those officers, I'm sure they're shaking in their boots.
I disagree. It appears that he didn’t know that they were here for the workplace threats and were just there for a parole violation. If that were true then they shouldn’t have treated the situation like a felony contact and they would have gone overboard.
Officer is trying to ask if his cat will be alright and he's just pissed at them lol
How do people not understand what kind of threat they can impose? Its honestly mind boggling
Usually it’s some form of mental illness, after watching many of these videos it seems like most criminals have some form of narcissistic disorder
Was Travis wrong in threatening his co-workers? Absolutely. We're the 1st officers on the scene wrong in their 1st approach? I think so, but that's only based on the fact that I didn't know his history, but the officers on scene did know. Still, he was issued an order and he did not comply, and he made death threats towards the staff after he was fired, so he should be glad the officers went with less - than lethal bean bags, because they should have used 00 or slugs.
They don't care. They're only thinking about themselves.
Incredibly patient and tolerant police. He’s lucky
