Cannot thank you guys enough. Been doing this 10 mins exercise for the last 2 weeks and I already see some dramatic changes in my back and abs. It's so simple, affective yet time saving. I brought my yoga matt to work and do this exercise everyday at tea break. It's so fun and quick, now all my co-worker at the office listen and work out to this video as well . Woohoo !!! 😂
Generally, I followed two videos like this per day, 6 days per week. Sunday is for swimming. Sound exhausting but it take less than 30 mins per day. Hardly effect any normal routine. Believe me, 30 mins per day, it will stack up ! You will see the dramatic change in your body, your health and feel incredible after just 1 month.
love the positive attitude of Rebecca! So many times you hear instructors focusing on exercising to simply LOOK GOOD and pushing yourself so that you can look a certain way. While working towards your goals of how you want your body to look are important, it's not everything, and quite a few instructors are (imo) way too focused on that. I feel like exercise can be so much more than that, like doing it for your own health or to get that dopamine going. She and Anna really seem to enjoy what they're doing and the positivity (and the lovely workout) are what keeps me coming back to this video!

Anna, you're the reason I've been able to continue my workouts for an uninterrupted month for the first time since I got issues with my chronic illness 3 years ago. Your happy smile and encouragements makes it sooo much easier, and the fact that you yourself say that it's difficult sometimes makes it all so human and relatable. I just love starting my day with Popsugar and I feel sooo much better for it! But I'm so happy to have been introduced to Rebecca too through this video, have to check out your stuff too now as you're just as sweet and encouraging as Anna =) Thank you both ladies!

I really liked how Rebecca mentioned common mistakes for some moves, it really helped me correct what I was doing to make sure I was working everything right!!
This was a great little workout for the core, incorporating moves for the abs AND back 😍👍 I used it to finish my workout for the day, which was a 1 hour Strength and Conditioning workout. This was PERFECT for getting some ab work in, and the moves were very effective at targeting the whole core. Loved it, and saved it to do again another day 💖
Did this last night....feeling it today...I think it's the`Transversus Abdominis and Rectus Abdominis. Trying 2 get back on the exercise wagon.....this was a good workout to start with!
