- Check out the full adventure as we Hayabusa swap this Rush SR! The car was already extremely fun, now it’s going to be an absolute CRUSHER! The Busa motor going in is not only bigger than the GSXS 1000 motor but it also has a Rotrex supercharger from TTS!
This video shows everything it took to make this happen. Definitely not an easy process, but it’s going to be totally worth it! Let’s party!

Nicely done! While at it I would have extended the wheelbase and width by a foot. Also since ur so talented. How about making a DRS wing so that u have both the full downforce around the corners and freedom to get ur 10pm on the straits.
I like the wheelbase. It fits perfect in everything at this size. We are actually building a DRS wing for it! Version 2.0 😉

You read my mind! I've always wanted to see one of those SR's with a Busa engine! Nice. If you're still having shifting issues, hit me up. I have experience with paddle shifted gearboxes. What would make things a ton easier is to run the engine and gear box on a Motec M130 with the GPRP firmware (That last P stands for Paddle). That way the engine and gearbox are on the same page. Unfortunately Motec isn’t cheap. So I’d be willing to get you everything at cost and help you up with the install and dyno tuning just to make that pill a little easier to swallow. But if want to work with the system you have, let me know if there is any way I can help. My contact info is in the description of the last vid I posted. (UA-cam already deleted this comment twice because I posted my number) Btw, I've been by your shop before with a buddy of mine who came to look at some LS's you were selling a couple years ago. You showed us your Miata track car.
It’s still having shift issues but it’s biggest problem right now is some electrical gremlins that we haven’t had time to get to. However, we’ve been looking for a Motec solution for an Aston Martin V12 swap 🤔 dm me on Instagram conquer_custom and I’ll pass you my number.
I don’t know is it just me why not build a whole new back half that unbolts at the hoop have one for gsxr and one for the busa
That would correct for different gearing too
That was the original plan, but then I decided once I go busa I’d never want to go back to a GSXS. So we made it permanent.

yeah, it was supposed to be a street legal indy car , even named the Hayabusa.. there should be a UA-cam video ..
you may need to send suzuki an email, I remember it because I instantly wanted one when I saw it .. but it was 140hp and looked like a white and red indy car ..
