RIP Sir christopher Lee. I cried for hours when i heard the tragic news. He is a legend. He's Saruman, count dooku, drakula, and many other. He was crowned knight, he was a secret agent, fought in the world war, had a metal band and the most epic voice of all time. Rest in peace 😭
He was amazing. R. I. P willy wonkas dad
Don't forget that his cousin was Ian Fleming, the author of James Bond, who based the character partially on his and Lee's experiences in WWII and was also Fleming's first choice for 007 (though he was given the role of Scaramanga).

Yeah Christopher Lee started a band called Charlemagne when he was 92 I think. Oldest metal singer ever. And I was named after his greatness.
Well, the band wasn't called Charlemagne, it was the title of two concept albums - Charlemagne: By the Sword and Cross and Charlemagne: The Omens of Death, which featured members from 3-4 different metal bands and Told the story of Charlemagne The first Roman Holy emperor. The "Band" Name is just Simply Christopher Lee. They are pretty good albums too. I believe there was meant to be a third, but he unfortunately passed before it could be made.

I actually just got finished watching both Venturas last night and I was surprised when I saw Corpse. Not a big fan of them, but it's still awesome that they were in the movie.

I saw Slipknot 10 years ago at Mayhem Festival. It was the first time I had ever even heard their music, and to this day it is still one of the best shows I've been to!

Yes, defenitely Emerald sword by Rhapsody of fire. Epic song. The rest of the list is great too, love Ghost division as their standard opener for their concerts (not shure if it still is). But Eluveitie is not even near powermetal ;) , they're one of the better folk metal bands though. And i would personally recommend the songs Havoc or A Rose For Epona

He was Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, The Mummy Saurumon, a James Bond villain, Willy Wonka's dad, a spy, fluent in multiple different languages and he fought in WWII, also another fun fact, when Peter Jackson asked him during the filming of the first Lord of The Rings to imagine having the physical feeling of being stabbed in the back, he said he didn't need to. He was and still is more badass than Chuck Norris, Schwarzenegger, Willis, Stallone and Seagall all combined. RIP Sir Christopher Lee, I still miss you to this day and I am sad because I never got a chance to meet you.
