- RimWorld's Hardest Difficulty bumped up to 500%, without using pause, and only being allowed to have a single RimWorld Biotech Mechanitor pawn!
This No Pause RimWorld playthrough is played against Randy Random, on Losing is Fun difficulty bumped up to 500% (the maximum). The gameplay takes place on a Desert map. Adam is not allowed to have additional colonists!

*No Pause - I am using a mod that disables pause in every portion of the game. This means it is impossible for me to pause with a key press and the game will not pause during events or trade, making things much more difficult.
** Losing is Fun set to +500% is the hardest difficulty in unmodded RimWorld

That was a good recovery at the end. The unfortunate RNG sucks, but thats one of the things that makes Rimworld a good game.
Never was so tense seeing a video before, Every time you took damage my heart started racing and when Adam had the mental break I was panicking, Super fast healing and clotting are the best genes in this game

Dang those healing and clotting genes really are game changing. No regular pawn would have survived that. Also I'd love to hear the thought process behind random wastepack infestations when you don't even have any waste. Is it supposed to be a symptom of all the pollution on the planet as a whole or what?

I really thought that was the end. Wow.
The wastepack infestations are spawning in the middle of the map because there's not enough room for them to spawn where you're dumping your wastepacks. I don't know if natural rocks contribute, but if there's a building over where it wants to spawn it aims for the middle of the map instead.
This can be true, but there are also 2 separate wastepack infestation types in the code apparently. It is super rare but you can get a wastepack infestation with no pollution or wastepacks on the map at all. I believe it was the Bow Only run where we had it happen and people started looking into it. It's something like .02% iirc. SOmeone pasted it into Discord.
Yikes. That explains why I occasionally get a handful of cocoons on ore lump tiles. @@AdamVsEverything

Hay Adam do sappers still try to reach beds as well as the breach raids or have they changed that.
I wish the zzzit event was still based on having battery's i used to just never build them to avoid the event.
You really need a “there’s a raid so STAY INSIDE STUPID ROBOTS!” zone…
