YAYYYYY so glad you're enjoying them!! I just find I actually don't need the oil in those specific ones bc of the coconut aminos/balsamic etc! I don't particularly do it to reduce calories, but I do know my body specifically doesn't process a super high-fat diet really well so I just try to be mindful, though I LOVE healthy fats (as you probably saw in the oats recipe, salmon, etc!)
