Love the idea of this but all the microwaving makes me cringe. Also- I was always taught after 3 days leftovers are bad so how would all that meal prep last a whole week?

Yes I do heat it up before hand ❤❤ but you can also have it cold!

How long do you microwave the apple cinnamon oats?
How do the greens, like the arugula, asparagus, broccoli, stay fresh for the whole week?
Just make sure to store them in glass containers and keep your fridge cold enough!
