Thanks so much for this pattern, Nicole! I have already made 5 hats for both kids and adults. Can you please tell me where you buy your leather tags and how I can get them customized? Thanks so much, Nicole.

I'm so glad to hear that! I get them from Kathy's Kozies on Etsy. She will personalize them for you! 😊

I love this hat, but the pattern is NOT for beginners. Your written pattern does not mention turning the band inside out after joining, the video didn't mention the quick ch1 you added right before using slst to join the band edges together, and the video is also not zoomed in enough to be able to see how exactly you're figuring out where each row of the band was. Your stitches go too fast and I have to slow down the video to 0.75x just to see what your hands are doing.

Sorry that you feel that way. This is one of my earliest video tutorials, so it is certainly far from perfect. Video is still not my specialty; I only do an occasional video because I get so many requests for them. Though my more recent videos have improved from this one.
As for the turning of the band, that is really more of a personal preference thing, and is not required for the pattern.
Thanks for your feedback. Have a great day!
