Hi Natalie! Do you know of any trainers in the West LA area that you’d recommend? You’re such an inspiration, especially as I’m also primarily plant-based. I’m super into health/fitness and don’t know if I’d ever compete bikini, BUT I’d love to at least work with someone experienced with NPC or even IFBB!

This was super helpful - especially the Bulgarian set up. I’m embarrassed to say I’m usually the weirdo carrying weights and hopping on one leg trying to get to a better position because I didn’t set up properly 🤣🤦🏾
They are definitely a challenge. I totally get it, I used to hate Bulgarians...Now I really enjoy them. Finding the best set up for you and your own body mechanics is key to mastering them.

I can't do this in Smith machine , the lock keys move and stuck to the bar :( you have a trick for this?
I take a glute band and wrap it around the bar and lock. I’ve seen people use ankle straps too to keep in in place.
