Really enjoyed it! I got motivated to try some variations that I don’t usually do and it gave me plenty of time to observe the movements- but I also didn’t have to fast forward once I had it because you were keeping my attention with your other commentary!

Yeah, I've had a long week+ of something too, and I barely get sick often or for so long. But I'm pretty much back and rocking 🔥
Yeah! I haven’t gotten sick in forever, but literally everyone around me go sick😅 sooo something is definitely going around. I’m so glad you’re feeling better too.
Haven't tried the Seitan yet, will do though. Made a delicious lentil protein pasta with sautéed tofu, bell pepper, onion and sweet potato and then tossed in olive oil and squeeze of lemon. I am getting set up to start counting macros. Hit a PB on hip thrusts at 205 and feel I could go up another 10lbs or so. Always interesting to see everyone's style of workouts, shows the endless ways to do things. Glad you are feeling better!

So proud of you Natalie. Hoping for a speedy recovery for you. Would you by chance ever make a video of showing us how you stretch before and after these sort of workouts. I heard you mentioned foam rolling. I would love to see it. I pretty much don’t stretch or foam roll after lifting and omg I have the hardest recoveries. I can’t train back to back days because I get so sore.

I’ve lost 13kg in the past 6 months and dropped calories so much that progress stalled so I took a break and am now eating 1500 calories a day but I struggle with binge eating and tend to have episodes end of the week so I think I need to introduce a “treat” daily like a vegan Nomo chocolate bar but it’ll bring calories to 1700 and that scares me! Anyways all this to say that I know everyone’s different but seeing your calories whilst cutting is very encouraging for me to add that treat as I’ll still be in a daily deficit just less large. Much love to you!!! 💖💖💖

How do you keep your core so thin? Is it a combination of eating a lot of small portions throughout the day and how often you work it out?

I used too a lot, but I cut them out in 2020. I only use stevia now. Sometimes, if a sauce has it, I won't stress about it. I just don't go out of my way to include them anymore.

After that they are 2 big shows in Prague but don't know yet - it would be huge experience for me but I think it's way too soon. We'll see, never say never 🥰

A week out of the gym is not bad at all. I have been sick for two weeks. I'm going to do my first workout tomorrow. Probably going to feel super weak. And my kids will bring another flu from the preschool soon!

I totally go through streaks with my breakfasts too! I’ve done oatmeal for probably over a year now and only this week tried your protein blueberry pancakes which I love! So I may just have a new favorite for a while👍 So happy you are back at it and feeling yourself! I hate being “grounded” from working out too😂 so I definitely know how you felt during that down time, but your attitude about it all is exemplary! So excited to follow your journey back to the stage 🎉 I get "obsessed" with certain foods every now and then, a couple of years ago I was IN LOVE with oats and had it at least twice a day, then one morning I woke up and couldn't even stand the smell 🤣 now two years later I have started to eat oats for breakfast again 😊

So how many calories do you burn a day? Both off season and for right now?? What about how many calories do you burn vs. how many do you eat (or how much of a deficit are you in) during off season? Thanks! @beet_the_odds
I honestly don't know if I understand the question...but I personally don't track my "calories burned". I track step goal, cardio, I take progress photos, I take measurements, I track my food, and based on how my body responds...my coach will make adjustments. I hope that makes sense.

I burn on average 2150 calories/day, and sometimes I eat less and sometimes more, but am constantly tracking! I was wondering how the pros compare 😃 The app I use congratulated me a few weeks ago for tracking 550 days straight 🤓

Great to see what you are doing for glute workouts to rock those Buff Bunny shorts! :) Trying to incorporate seitan into my diet but it's taking some time. I can't even imagine getting to 140g of protein. Maybe one day I'll figure it out. @catherine_baird
Remember not everyone needs the amount of protein that I do. Everyones requirements are different... and yours could be lower or higher than mine. It takes practice to hit protein targets, but I promise it gets easier with time.

So whenever I train later in the day, some of my favorite pre workouts meals/snacks are: Fruit (banana/ dates), cream of rice, rice cakes with a lil nut butter, a shake, or I'll have lunch and go after 45 minutes of eating lunch.
