First of all, we have to ask the question of what regulates blood pressure? It is not the artery or the brachial artery that we put the blood pressure cuff around. The answer is the arterioles. Arterioles are small blood vessels that are connectors between your arteries and capillaries. They control your blood pressure and blood flow throughout your body, using their muscles to change their diameter. They're also strong, have relatively thick walls, and contain a high percentage of smooth muscle, which means they're not under voluntary control. As the most highly regulated blood vessels in the body, arterioles also have the distinction of contributing the most to the rise and fall of blood pressure. Next, in terms of psi what is actually blood pressure? 51.7 mmHg = 1 psi. A systolic reading of 200 mmHg is 3.86 psi. Feel your arms, your fingers do they feel rigid or more like a soft beach ball which has about three psi pressure? What you should be asking is how much oxygen is getting to the capillary beds. Most people have a blood oxygen level of between 90 to 100%.

Nutritional yeast is a good way to top up on minerals like potassium. I sprinkle that stuff on everything 😆

Drink lots of water and eat apricots or a can of tomato paste for potassium, or take potassium vitamins. Also take vitamin D3+K2 supplements and you are good.

I personally wouldn't take the 'no salt' product because of the ingredients. I drink organic coconut water, which, is naturally high in potassium and eat organic fruits high in potassium.

Why doctors forget that potassium drops sodium.... check your sodium levels before going into unbalanced potassium. Low sodium is extremely dangerous condition... effects are immediate

Dr Berg’s electrolytes have about 1000mg of potassium per serving. They’re awesome!! The tangerine one tastes like tang :)

Reducing salt is difficult because it's used to preserve our food. When I look on the back of any food package and read the contents it's loaded with salt. It's a reminder also if there's 500mg in one serving I think I'll need to have 1000mg of potassium to counteract the salt. 2:1 ratio. 😂😂
