Toca 2...
Had a lot of fun playing this game as a kid. I remember thinking the weather settings, steering wheel cam, and damage models were all really amazing. There weren’t many games like this back then with so much detail. I also appreciated that there was as a ‘96 Primera in the game as that’s the car my parents had at the time. Also in white.
I used to love knocking cars out of the race. Nothing better than causing the lead car to crash putting them back to last. Get it wrong and you ended up last.
Me too, this was so addictive, can't remember if this was out before gran turismo but which I loved as well but this was just proper bit of racing for its time anyway and I loved Tiffs voice over it just made it that bit special I was also glued to the actual touring car races as well loved everybody of watching it and playing it myself
I was 8 years old when I played Toca2 and my dad and I would play split screen together. We had a steering wheel hooked up to the game. Such happy memories.
I was so little when I played this that I didn't how to drive properly. I always had to replay the first race I think. I might got to the second race. I'm not sure. However, I still played it hours on end. Childhood memories.
Toca trouing cars Champship had some Circuit that only on that game licence to British Trouing cars Champship and not on any of my V8 Supercars Championship games I am from Australia though and met to a new British Trouing cars Champship game caming out in 2222 maybe

Lol don't be daft. This is nothing compared to gt7
@@me-ju3fv a 992 GT3 blows an early 911 into the weeds. Does that make an early 911 less of a classic.
@@me-ju3fvah yes gt7, the real grinding simulator

Christ, I lost half my life to this game. 51 years old now, and Toca 2 and Colin Mcrea were immense.

I played so many hours of this game, it was a proper racer for its time
The sound in this game is so good for it’s time.. the spool noise is awesome

I used to think these graphics were cutting edge!!
Now the edges are cutting 🤣
They were at the time
They were They still hold up today.
Still looks good
Played for hours back in the day!
Even for a ps1 game, the engine sound did better than Gran Turismo 1 and 2
I totally agree with yo ass ma dawg
Graphically in terms of driving it looked better but not in terms of the cars.
My first ever...way oit of his time...i wish i had a steering wheel back then...hours and hours
For a bunch of time my only game
Gott habe ich dieses Spiel geliebt!!! Rauf und runder gezockt 😅😊
You can write your name on the rear and side windows. 😁 That is insanely cool for this era of gaming.
Damals eines der besten Rennspiele, weil jeder Fahrfehler direkt bestraft wurde und Auswirkungen auf das Auto hatte.
Used to play this game a lot when I was younger.
Melhor jogo de corrida de todos os tempos
still very playable. loved the steering wheel view as few games did that before
Use play this with my dad back in the day
ME TOO!!
I used to play with nissan primera after first try few ohhers
Hi nice video!
How do you get HD graphics on PS1?
Played the Game on an Emulator (DuckStation). There you can set any Resolution you want.
