You have to contact shark for the missing landing piece that goes under the dock. They sent it in the mail for me today I should be getting it within a few days

To activate it, it is necessary to connect the robot to the Shark clean app, after mapping your house, you just have to select the carpets and the robot will be able to avoid them.
