I really appreciate the fact that she said nothing was wrong with her ‘before’ except for how she FELT. This video is so motivational and I think it came at a perfect time for a lot of us, including me. Also, Sanne is so close to 1 million subscribers! It’s about time!!!
It's about how you feel and I didn't feel very good, but also if you eat not so healthy and snack with the boys, that is what happens for me. Thanks for supporting this community during such a crazy time! xx
Sanne Vloet Of course! You are such an inspiration to me and I don’t think I would be quite as sane during this lockdown if you weren’t here. Thank you for being you😊
Me too! I am all for how you feel from the inside out :) I always find I feel better when I look after myself with nutrition regardless of the number on the scales.
The important thing about this video is the fact that she admits as a normal person that without physical activity and eating junk food she gains weight, like any other human being. Sometimes the girls, especially teenagers, think that models are born like this or that they never eat and that leads to a bad relationship with food. She says it is perfect: I did not feel well so I started eating healthier and doing more exercise, it's not about weight or image, it's about health and how to listen to your body.
@@DX-d Pretending you know if someone's healthy or not just by their looks is so unaccurate. You can be unhealthy on any weight, besides, she wasn't fat befora. Tagging someone as "unhealthy" for their weight is plain discrimination, period.

There are lots of ‘get in shape’ videos and none of them are like this. They just say words like workout, eat less, drink this, do this, do that. But they don’t actually reach the audience. Also you are not showing just one recipe but lots of variations. This is a great video and actually motivates me.😊👏🏻👏🏻

I’ve noticed tbat I’ve gained weight since quarantine because I’ve been less active and have been eating more! That’s totally fine but I personally don’t feel great! So I’m totally going to get back to working out and eating foods that make me feel better!
Use the time❤️⌚ I've been doing workouts and I feel so much better. It gets easier during the weeks. It ripped my heart when I read your comment, because I felt the same a few weeks ago. (unmotivated and stuff) by now I've lost 5 kg! Please give it a shot❤️
This was the first video that did not make me feel like a bad person for gaining weight and losing motivation during quarantine. This was actually motivational and really helpful!!!
The third part is all around cortisol. When you are stressed it's produced in higher amounts. Shortly, it gets fat around your belly, makes you feel hungry all the time and doesn't let muscle build up, keeping all the sugar in your blood. At its origin it's a good hormone, all it wants is too protect you. But the excess is incredibly harmful to the body, especially long term. So yes, meditate, sleep, get therapy, do whatever you need to keep it low.
"There's absolutely... nothing wrong with (how I looked). If I look at it now, I look just kinda healthy. But in reality I was really not. The most important thing is that I was not feeling good. I was not feeling good by not working out, feeling constantly bloated, having sugar cravings...." Truer words have not been spoken! That is how I feel!

You are such a sweet soul! You literally did everything “experts” say you should do and completely turned yourself around. Truly inspiring. It’s not complicated, just a matter of doing it!
Thank you for being realistic 🥺 there’s so much about people losing 10lb a week or two week abs, I’m over here struggling to just have a healthy lifestyle, u my inspo queen 👑
she is so realistic and down to earth. I can´t imagine any other VS model accepting gaining weight. She is so natural and amazing! thank you for the tips Sanne!
It's great that she shares it. Totally understanble to let go a bit if there's a pandemic and no gigs coming up. It's probably the only time you can relax having that lifestyle and that career. But what is amazing is that she didn't look at it as taboo thing being a model and she put herslef out there! Really inspirational
It's awesome that she showed part of the video of her with some gained weight. I don't know how many models would be willing to show those angles, especially for VS models that have so much pressure
In over the last year, this was my fav video yours: honest and gives the whole view of a healthy lifestyle. You gave so many choices in a motivational way. Thank you!!
Anyone else eating out of boredom? I also really struggle to exercise at home. I had to go straight to the gym after work cause if I went home first it wouldn't happen. It's so difficult to be motivated in a quarantine.
I'm here just after my brother call me "fat" I've had a lot of problems with my body, my weight and the food. It hit me so hard, I haven't stop crying. Thanks for give us the real perspective of the models body, thank you so much
I wish I was so conscious like this at her age. She just gave the best advices ever! There's no miracle, just eat healthy food, do some exercises, make sure you rest when you need it, take care of you mental health too, have some treats in moderation, and that's it. Bravo for this video Sanne! I felt inspired by your recipes, and also, will try to make a variation of exercises, i am getting bored of the same ones, so also a good idea. Thanks!
This looks like my story thooo. When the quarantine started, for a couple of weeks, I just stayed in with my boyfriend (who eats everything) and eat a lot of snacks and chocolate and not so healthy foods. Back then I didn't had the mood for doing exercises so often as I did it before, but somehow I founded my motivation and now I'm back in shape. Thanks Sanne for being yourself and shearing your story!
😅I'm the complete opposite of most people I've been working out too much during quarantine to the point where I have injured my legs from running over 5k everyday. thank you for reminding me to stop stressing about staying active, our mental health is so important too...
The connection between not being able to see results and stress and anxiety is cortisol. Cortisol prevents you from losing weight, especially belly fat. It's also why lacking sleep also has the same effect as your cortisol secretion increases when you don't sleep enough or well. Edit: Obviously I've simplified things for the purposes of this comment and there are a lot of other hormones and components going on but cortisol is a main one.
I love that she is always so body positive and is careful to make sure she explains everything well and that there is nothing wrong with how she looked
Just a reminder - if you gained weight on lockdown, it is OKAY! It happens. It is never too late to change things up and start feeling better from the inside out :)
Hi Sanne, I lost 20lbs after watching one of your early videos 2 years ago. I've changed my diet and done core workout. Since quarantine I also gained some weight which doesn't make feel good. This is very timely posting. Your videos are always motivating and inspirational.
Hi Youn! Don't focus on the weight focus on how you feel. if you feel like maybe you aren't making the healthiest food options you can always ask yourself is there a healthier option? But don't worry this is a strange time where our mental health has been affected so just stay on your wellness journey! xx
It’s so nice that you mentioned that fasting for a full 16 hours is usually meant for men because I used to do that and it messed with my hormones so much :/
This problem was actually how I discovered your videos 2-3 years ago. Back then, I kept going on extreme diets, bouncing back to even WORSE eating habits, all the while never working out. No matter what number or size I was at, I never felt satisfied. When I heard you say “healthy eating should be a lifestyle, not a diet,” I made it my personal goal. It took a long time (weeks to get into the habit, months to make it a lifestyle) but it was so worth it. I’ve lost weight of course, but I’m not as skinny as I was on the extreme diets. However, I’m so much happier now. I’ve realized that it’s not about the weight you are, but how you feel at it.
Yeeeey pamela reif's workouts are so great, so glad that you mentioned her ! also congrats for getting back into a healthy lifestyle, I agree, you should never be hungry :)
I love this so much. My mum and I have been doing a combination of your workouts 5 days a week in lockdown and you've really got us through. I am so pleased to see that you are getting the recognition you deserve because I've watched you for many years and you have always inspired me to continue the healthy lifestyle that I have always lived. NEVER stop Sanne, you're the best xxx
For me, I would rather skip dinner than breakfast. If I don't eat at least an hour after I wake up I feel faint and my stomach hurts a lot. I tried intermittent fasting while my college was still open, but because I had to cycle there, which was half an hour, by the time I got to the first class I honestly thought I was going to faint. I think intermittent fasting could work when someone stays at home most of the time - like in this lockdown situation - but otherwise, it's too hard on the body.
rumi try eating diiner at 630 and nothing at all after , that way by next morning you have had at leat 12 hrs of int fasting . If you wake up later its a bonus .. this will make such a difference
Rumi Lilla Intermittent fasting is not hard on the body. You just have to pick an eating window that works for you. Clearly eating earlier in the day worked better for you which is fine.
Such a great video! The only thing is that sometimes when you 'feel hungry' it could mean you're just dehydrated. Always drink water when you feel hungry, try to finish an entire cup and see how you feel afterwards!
You are such a great and sweet person!! Thank you for sharing how you feel and being so realistic and down to earth! We need more people in this world like you You’re so kind and thoughtful. Love you sanne! 💜💜
This is amazing how natural and true you are Sanne, I love the fact that you share everything, the best and the worst. I konw it could be hard for you sometimes but every time you think that please remind you that you help others by motivating them and giving them experience and tips. Thanks to your wonderful involvement I can live a better life with a healthier mindset and nutrition. I own you a lot!! Thanks again for sharing your struggles during this quarantine because I was struggling too and now I can be even more motivated to be back in the game. Can not wait to see another video of you, please stay safe. Love xx
It also looks like a lot of water too. Losing 5kg of pure fat within 2 weeks isn't that easy. So I guess, you gained a lot of water too, due to the things you ate - burgers etc. Processed food including a lot of simple sodium makes you maintain tons of access water.
Thank you Sanne, I needed that! Since the gyms are closed, I kind of lost all of my progress that I've reached during the past months of working out :( I hate to basically start at 0 again 😭 I realize that I feel so bad right now, I eat like shit, I'm tired all the time and don't work out anymore... But you just gave me a huge motivation! ♥️
Your makeup looks stunning here! I can also relate to having a boyfriend who eats so much, and he usually loses weight eating whatever he wants and not even moving. I eat so healthy and workout almost every day and dance, but always have such a hard time losing. Thanks for making all your videos, I watch all of them and always look forward to a new one!
This is honestly the best 'get into shape' video I've ever watched... and I've watched a lot. Thank you for giving us tips that aren't outrageously demanding, but rather gently reminding us to just LISTEN. Listen to our cravings, our emotions, our inner dialogue, and making choices that make us feel better rather than look better. Also reminding us to breathe. I've been having a lot of back pain too recently and it's no doubt stress-related as well...I'll have to look into that! Well done on making this video Sanne!
This video was EXACTLY what I needed thank you so much I feel so much better already just knowing everyone is struggling sometimes but it's completely okay to not be too hard on ourselves while still improving day by day xx
I have a pretty bad allergy to dust and during quarantine staying at home all day long with carpets, sofas and normal house dust was a really bad experience. Then, I started working out daily and this helped me so much, not with the issues from my allergy but with my confidence. Even if I didn't like my face at the mirror (bad dermatitis), I was seeing my body changing, becoming stronger and I was starting to feel like myself again. I realized all of this will eventually end up being fine 🌼
Sanne, the content of this video covers everything! Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Timing of the day, Timing of the week, how to mix up work outs! Its perfect, with perfect timing being still stuck in the house in lock down! I spend more time at the fruit and vegetable stands, then cooking healthy. The problem is the lack of physical motivation due to the mental stress of what is happening globally. Your video even covered mental issues! Having the help of this video its now more possible to counteract that so thank you so much! Really great video!
I have felt that too…at a point of my life I was not feeling good in my own skin at all and I was feeling horrible mentally and physically .At that time I tried my best to get back in shape and I started workin out and eating healthy.I started feeling really good from them.
That was one of your best videos! In quarantine everyone struggles more with his weight. You were so honest. You talked to us without negative feelings for food which is so important in these times! Thanks Sane!
Hi Sanne, I love that you are purely talking about FEELING GOOD! When I was young I was told I was overweight, but I played sports and I was fast and felt great. It had a bad effect on me, but if I had someone like you telling me what's important is FEELING GOOD not looks I would have been more comfortable.
It took me two years of not being able to go to the gym regularly, to understand, that she's giving some perfect advice. I wouldn't have been ready for her information back then. but now.... let's move, treat and love our body and mind
Hi Sanne, I'd like to know if you have any pressure from people you work with to lose weight. Do you feel like the industry is changing in a good way? A video about it - if you're aloud to - would be very interesting.
In my opinion a video like this is so important, because you never really from a model, that she gained weight or doesn't feel confident in her body. Because you are an idol for many women out there, it's really nice, that you show, that you also have times where you are not perfectly in shape.
Thank goodness there is someone willing to show the normality of life.....the ups and downs of weight changes! Too many Utubers provide misinformation and only broadcast their 'good days', this only perpetuates poor body image and supports maladaptive eating patterns etc. I love that you show 'how' to positively and proactively change your behaviour/s and focus on 'nutrition', without shaming yourself or others. Well done Sanne!
I’m looking at your weight gain photo and thinking “wow she STILL looks amazing!” But it’s how YOU feel and if you’re used to being a certain weight, feeling a certain way, and maintaining a certain lifestyle, and all of a sudden that gets disrupted, it’s not a good thing! For anyone, thin, chunky, and everything in between. I’ve gained some weight and am feeling bad, too. Thank you for the motivation. Also, I NEED that Thai recipe.
Thank you so much for posting this. It's so helpful to see that as a model, even you struggled during this time! I've been really struggling with self image because I've gained weight in quarantine and ready to get back on track!
i really appreciate you making this video because it's exactly how i've felt for quite a while. i got depressed and that combined with some health conditions meant i stopped moving as much as i used to and reached for easier, and faster, foods and i just don't FEEL good anymore. i really appreciate seeing someone talking about it from that point of view rather than just making changes because they want to look a certain way.
I am come from Hong Kong and I arrived Canada to study last summer. I am skinny when I was in Hong Kong. After I arrived Canada, I started eat a lot of rubbish food and ate five meals in one day. I suddenly realized that my body shaped become worst two months ago. I Immediately stopped my unhealthy eating habit. I started doing exercise in these two months and eat more healthier. I also trying 16/8 fasting now. This is the eighth day of my fasting. I feel powerful after finish watching your video. I will try my best to make my body shape look better. Although I feel sad when I see my bad body shape in front of the mirror but I am trying to learn how to love myself. At last, thank you for your sharing.💞 (sorry for my bad English)
Sanna, you said you have lived in Zimbabwe when you were young. What a lovely experience! The time you were there Zimbabwe was prosperous. I wonder if you saw the lovely purple jacaranda trees in Harare - Zimbabwe. They are so beautiful. By the way you are an amazing young Lady. You are simply the best. Cheers for Sanna.
I have never been physically fit but during this quarantine I’ve started to improve it not just for how it looks but I feel so much better like I am on the path to a fit and confident lifestyle; I am so excited! I also enjoy your cooking videos and I’ve been making a lot of the foods.
I think what you said about stress is huge. The times I struggle with my weight are when I’m really stressed. When we are stressed we release cortisol which leads to insulin issues and weight gain. Controlling stress and listening to your body needs is the third factor which you do such a good job of explaining 💖 I am not afraid to get stressful situations out of my life now, and take care of my mental health. It is a matter of health - life a death for many.
Always into home cooking- I feel like quarantine is a really good time to become inventive with healthy recipes because (for someone like me with not much to do) there is plenty of time to experiment! Love the video btw Sanne, you look gorgeous!💕
I really like your attitude towards " getting into shape", which is all about being healthy and feeling good. There is nothing wrong in losing weight if you desire to do so (and do that reasonably of course). Also I see that overweight is becoming even more serious issue nowadays when many people are stuck at home . Sanne, you spread good, positive message.
I've gained some weight during quarantine, even though I work shifts in the hospital 😅 I've started to workout, everything is fine. You look gorgeous, btw, take care💕
Thank you so so much for everything! I realise how hard it must be for you guys, working such long shifts, especially during this horrible pandemic.🙏🙏🙏
I'll never get tired of listening to your kind and inspiring words. Quarantine is a very taugh period for everyone, but soul-body balance (and acceptance!) is key to stay in line with how we intend to live this moment, to live our life....
I love how much grace and soft humbleness you have. This is really loving and inspiring in a not "getting instantly anxious about not being/doing enough"-kinda way. Fantastic, you are wonderful ❤️
i love how as a succesfull model you still have this realistic point of view on health and eating and even dieting! also i'd be interested in that carb testing thing you mentioned ! :)
Love these kind of videos where you are so honest and relatable! You have helped me a lot throughout my recovery journey of an eating disorder, because you show me how you can look gorgeous and be thin while still enjoying food. You are amazing Sanne❤ Love from Spain
definitely interested in a carb testing video! Never heard of that before! Also, could you please make videos on your recipes and include serving sizes, grams etc so we can try them out for ourselves? Seeing you make the food is great and all, but would really like to try them out
Hi Sanne! I'm from Brazil, and since we started quarantining here I was going through the same situation as you. I just want to thank you for sharing this with us, and for inspiring me to return to my routine to be healthy again. It's a difficult time for all of us, and it's great to have people like you to encourage us and show that we're not the only ones going through this
I really love that you promote healthy wellness and a balanced life. being more intuitive to my body and feeling good in my own skin is what I want to achieve this year so thank you for putting out positive messages through this channel🙏 also idk if this is appropriate thing to say but I noticed that your English speaking is getting so much better! you seems to be more comfortable speaking in front of the camera too!😄 much love xxx💕
Her honest and revealing video is refreshing. I love it when people in the public eye let their wall down and let us know they have struggles just like everyone else!
needed this so badly!! 💓💓 my body hovers at your “weight gain” stage after myself gaining weight at the end of a rough semester of long hours at uni and i can’t seem to tone and lean back out
Thank you so much for encouraging everyone, I feel so much better that super models like you actually struggle with the same things and also do enjoy themselves from time to time, thank you so so much for making me feel better. You can never say more often that it is so important to listen to your body and relax about your discipline sometimes, I send you lots of love, not only @SanneVloet but all of you
Such an amazing video. I love the message you're spreading about the importance of mental health and not being hard on yourself. I think it is so hard in quarantine because we have so much time with our thoughts which allows us to fixate way too heavily on our body image and this can turn unhealthy really quick. You are so right that we need to relax and just find ways to enjoy a healthy lifestyle for the way it feels, and maybe our bodies will also change (but this shouldn't really be the main goal). Easier said than done but overall love your channel and this video!!!
Oh yes, there is this stress hormone, that your body produce when you feel stressed and that is the main reason why you can’t loose weight when your under pressure . I can tell based on my own experience that the mental health point is soooo true...
I also gained weight during “the break”; 7 pounds! And I feel fat and out of shape. My joints hurt, my head is foggy, my energy is in the gutter. I am 71 so it is harder vigorously work out. Back problems from car accidents and arthritis as a result. However, not impossible. Sharing this journey with you beautiful girl.💕
Spot training isn’t real. Training abs doesn’t make you lose belly fat, it tones your stomach but only if you have a low enough fat percentage. The reason you gained weight in your stomach is most likely genetics
Sanne, this video is perfect and just what I needed. I had also been eating more unhealthily and working out less in quarantine and although, I didn't look bad, I felt awful. This past few days I have started to get back on track with home cooking healthy food and working out more and I feel so much better. Your video felt like it arrived at the ideal moment and is like a cheerleader, encouraging me to keep going. You have such a healthy attitude to physical and mental wellbeing. It's so refreshing to see someone talk about making healthier choices after gaining some weight without shame or feeling guilty. I love your channel.
Those dishes looked so good!!! Could you share these reciepes? Where do you find them? Do you make them up or do you find them online, if so could you share the websites you use?
I will always watch this video everytime I feel unmotivated to keep pushing. Two months of eating unhealthy stuffs and relaxation mode really made me gain weight and it makes me frustrated. Still on my journey to keep back on track and I am glad I am not the only one. A big hug and thank you. ☺
Thank you for sharing the struggle. Sometimes it looks like it is so easy for you😱. But its really nice to see the struggle to, it gives me motivation to keep eating healthy :)
This was actually one of most incredible overviews of living a healthy lifestyle💞Not only sharing healthy food options & their importance, workout varieties & importance of changing it up/listening to your body, the vital mental/spiritual aspect & then a lot of important tidbits of wisdom sprinkled throughout. It’s really about balance & giving yourself permission & being okay w/choices. The importance of an occasional treat because it makes you so happy & when you’re doing everything else right, it feels all the better. I’ve watched you for years & this was definitely one of your best overall videos💖Keep up the great work!!
honestly thank you so much for sharing this, I find it so comforting to see others - especially models - taking breaks from their healthy lifestyles and then being able to get back on track. this has motivated me so much to make a change! :)

But what is amazing is that she didn't look at it as taboo thing being a model and she put herslef out there! Really inspirational
Thanks! I was trying to figure out if she's a VS model
It's awesome that she showed part of the video of her with some gained weight. I don't know how many models would be willing to show those angles, especially for VS models that have so much pressure
Mhm it's the mental stability and positivity that shows she's on the right track.
Have I ever seen something more motivation like this oh i don't know, i dont even know
It's about FEELING GOOOD, why can't more people be this positive and focus on health in inspiring ways.
It's so difficult to be motivated in a quarantine.
omg yes i find myself just eating because I don't know what else to do
I'm here just after my brother call me "fat" I've had a lot of problems with my body, my weight and the food.
Thanks!
11:00 I LOVE that you say to never feel hungry. So many people glorify hunger & it’s actually such a big mistake
😅I'm the complete opposite of most people
I've been working out too much during quarantine to the point where I have injured my legs from running over 5k everyday.
thank you for reminding me to stop stressing about staying active, our mental health is so important too...
But don't worry this is a strange time where our mental health has been affected so just stay on your wellness journey! xx
It’s so nice that you mentioned that fasting for a full 16 hours is usually meant for men because I used to do that and it messed with my hormones so much :/
What do you mean exactly? Did you kinda feel it or what happened? 🤗
I am a girl (21) and I always fast a minimum of 16 hours and I will never go back! Fasting is so good and makes me feel amazing x
Jana TAYLOR a lot of different things happened but it made me really anxious and I lost my period
Natascha yay that’s good for some people it works fine! You just have to be extra careful as a woman is all
@@Emmapemex1414 Oh, god. Doesn't sound good. I hope you're ok, now?!
I skip dinner too and I have breakfast for the same reason!
Rumi Lilla Intermittent fasting is not hard on the body. You just have to pick an eating window that works for you. Clearly eating earlier in the day worked better for you which is fine.
I feel you the general rule of eating at like 12 made me feel awful. I’m trying to find the right time for myself
Such a great video! The only thing is that sometimes when you 'feel hungry' it could mean you're just dehydrated. Always drink water when you feel hungry, try to finish an entire cup and see how you feel afterwards!
True! She "said" that in the note top left on the screen😊
You are such a great and sweet person!! Thank you for sharing how you feel and being so realistic and down to earth! We need more people in this world like you
You’re so kind and thoughtful.
Really good to know this information
Thank you Sanne, I needed that! Since the gyms are closed, I kind of lost all of my progress that I've reached during the past months of working out :( I hate to basically start at 0 again 😭
I realize that I feel so bad right now, I eat like shit, I'm tired all the time and don't work out anymore...
Loved that different kind of video, it's still about health and diet but with your experience instead of just tips💕
Em's Trip hi
I subbed your channel girl
It took me two years of not being able to go to the gym regularly, to understand, that she's giving some perfect advice. I wouldn't have been ready for her information back then. but now.... let's move, treat and love our body and mind
Hi Sanne, I'd like to know if you have any pressure from people you work with to lose weight. Do you feel like the industry is changing in a good way? A video about it - if you're aloud to - would be very interesting.
Sanne I actually am interested in reading your response.

In my opinion a video like this is so important, because you never really from a model, that she gained weight or doesn't feel confident in her body. Because you are an idol for many women out there, it's really nice, that you show, that you also have times where you are not perfectly in shape.
I love ur personality....u spread positive aura! ❣❣
100%
Thank you Sanne! I live in Ukraine, i love your video so mutch!!! You are sanny people and i feeling that.
I'd love to hear more about carb testing I often feel sluggish when i've eaten a lot of carbs
I'm interested too
Me too!
Sanne Low-key Addressing to people who has EATING DIS-ORDER like myself thank you so much for this message.
"Of course, drinking is very very important"
Me: YES!
"Drink a lot of a lot of water..."
Me: Oh
😂😂
Amen
hhhahhahahah
same
pahahahahah
At last, thank you for your sharing.💞
(sorry for my bad English)
You are such an inspiration!!!
Take care!!❤️🌟
Thank you for everything you’ve done to help !!
I'll never get tired of listening to your kind and inspiring words. Quarantine is a very taugh period for everyone, but soul-body balance (and acceptance!) is key to stay in line with how we intend to live this moment, to live our life....
its been hard to stay motivated during this time, thanks for being so real about this!
You can never say more often that it is so important to listen to your body and relax about your discipline sometimes, I send you lots of love, not only @SanneVloet but all of you
Proud of you girl! Also good to see that you're also a human like the rest of us haha
Everything you say totally works. I did it during the past two months, so far lost 7 lbs.
OMG! I am so excited for Ize its finally here! I think this video had a really good message thank you
I also gained weight during “the break”; 7 pounds!
Pinterest has everything you will ever need
Pick Up Limes & Downshiftology here on YT make amazing healthy recipes. I highly recommend you checking them out
I will always watch this video everytime I feel unmotivated to keep pushing. Two months of eating unhealthy stuffs and relaxation mode really made me gain weight and it makes me frustrated. Still on my journey to keep back on track and I am glad I am not the only one. A big hug and thank you. ☺
❤️❤️❤️
I would love the recipe of cauliflower pizza, and I didn’t find the brownie one!
honestly thank you so much for sharing this, I find it so comforting to see others - especially models - taking breaks from their healthy lifestyles and then being able to get back on track. this has motivated me so much to make a change! :)
LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! Thanks for inspiring us Sanne 😍😍🔥
You are so calming to listen to! I am so relieved to hear someone talk about the importance of mental health in keeping up a healthy lifestyle. Thank you for being so wise and gentle and down-to-earth! Such a unique voice in the fitness community
I would love to see the curry and noodle recipe!😊
It’s so refreshing to see a young girl with so much wisdom, you do a lot for the young girl self esteem, the way you bring the message across it’s so rewarding to see, take care you’re a wonderful young woman,God bless from nonna in Australia 🇦🇺
You’re so good at motivating! You somehow changed my whole mindset thank you
Thanks for sharing babe! This video was so honest! Can't wait to see you! ❤️
❤️❤️❤️❤️ Miss you babe!
I hope more young girls absorb content like this instead of the toxic content out there
Since i back to China last year, i haven't watch you video for a long time. but once i watch it, you always makes me feel relax, confident , and give me the motivation to live a healthier happier life. Thank you Sanne!
Where in China is home for you? xx
