    Hi babes!!!
Happy Sunday! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! Thankfully I am feeling much better and energized again. Max and I were both a little under the weather but we are back on track!
As you guys know, I have struggled in the past with not having a period for a long time because of various reasons ( you can watch my older video about this topic). After many questions I decided to share another What I eat in a Day and share a couple of tips which helped me to balance out my hormones. Its been quite a journey but I am happy to see that its going well now!
Female Hormone unbalance can have many different reasons but these were some things that worked for me!
I always do my best to share realistic & healthy recipes with you. If you have any questions , please feel free to ask me or come say hi on Instagram @sannevloet where I have been more posting recipes!
    Big hugs,
    Sanne

It's great that you raised topic about hormonal balance. I have the same problem. But once I incorporated in my diet fish, seeds and nuts it is so much better now: regular period, more strenghts and less nerves. I highly recommend to all who strugles with the same problem to read about seed cycling. Take care!

If you increased your protein, carb and healthy fats (all food groups pretty much) intake to regulate your hormones, it literally means you were just undereating before. And undereating does wreak havoc on hormonal levels.

Hi Sanne! Could you make a video about your kitchen essentials? I would love to see what pans, silverware, plates, and cooking appliances you use when you are cooking. Thanks!

Thank you so so much for sharing about the hormones and what helped you, it makes so much more sense now. I’m a teenager and i’ve been struggling with not getting my periods and having imbalanced hormones and I feel so lost on what to do. I’m definitely going to talk about this with my endocrinologist and try your tips. You’re really inspiring Sanne :) ❤️

Good for you, thanks for sharing about how you addressed your own hormone imbalance! I'm sure this will inspire others to seek help and additional information on the topic : ) I'm sorry to hear your Dr had such "general" advice, I'm glad you looked to other professionals for help/advise to address this issue. All the best!

Thanks for speaking about your doctor experience. Because as much as people who are of a larger body get told to “just lose weight” to solve a concern, slim people are told to “just gain weight” to solve their health concerns to. It’s disappointing to have people of that profession think that way.
