in this case homesick doesn't mean the distress caused from being away from home, but caused from being home
That's because feeling at home doesn't necessarily come from being in your house... I feel, a sense of longing for things to be normal again. I miss that feeling of "being at home". This song reflects that emotion really well.

Listening to this playlist at work with headphones on. Kept replaying this song, maybe a dozen times. It reminded me that music can physically warm you. Had to finally check the name. Homesick.. I just moved 1500 miles across the country a few months back. Truly a beautiful moment. Thank you.
I like how we use "homesick" for being tired of not being home and being tired of being home. The tone and context matter, both in words and music.

I think it's not the instrument it self, I think it's what he made of the intrument. Every instrument is beautiful but not everyone knows how to show the beauty of the instrument. Ichika instead knows how to.
Polyphia is a great instrumental band. He actually was featured in a song of theirs called death note. Highly recommend them.

i did exchange in brazil when i was studing. me and one of my class mates from here got tattoos in sao paulo. hers was saudade, and although it was her word and her tattoo. and mine was completely different. that word has followed me my whole life and is honestly one of my favourite words in any language I've ever come across.
The last version of homesick is my ringtone and i can't get enough of it cause it's so awesome. I don't pick up phone for this music sometimes. 😆
