Thank you Lacey, I’ve been IF all year have not bought cakes chocolates or any sweets into the house for at least 6 month’s but I bought them all for Christmas made pavlova etc and I didn’t enjoy any of it I actually threw the Christmas pudding and pavlova out this morning.
It’s amazing how my body and taste buds have changed in the past year.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family .
From Queensland, Australia.
I agree, it's so interesting how you can completely stop craving/enjoying sweets once you make the decision to live a healthy lifestyle and cut them out. This is why I only eat my very favorite treats every once in a while - they're so much more enjoyable this way! Happy Holidays
All treats neighbors bring over sitting on the kitchen island are tough to avoid. Walking by that dang countertop is tough not to pick at it. Lol
I totally understand the struggle! You could always bring them to a holiday get together to share so that way they're no longer in your home. :)
Thanks for putting this out, so important to know we can make it through the holidays without getting off track. A great way to supplement these tips is with EFT tapping. Tapping can take the edge off those holiday sweet cravings or over indulging at parties without tons of willpower. Happy holidays!
Hi Kristin, thanks for watching and for the tip about EFT tapping. That's something I'll definitely look into! Happy Holidays
Perfect timing!!!!!
Yay!! I'm so glad this has been useful to you. I wish you all the best with applying these tips over the holidays!

Thanks for the support!!
Im on maintenance now after losing 124lb so I spend at least two weeks losing weight before Christmas etc so I can eat what I want without guilt if I regain it.
Great tips. I completely forgot to drink water first and wait for 30min to see if you need a snack or just needed water. I have been getting snacky close to dinner and I am going to try this later.
Thanks so much. 🙏
I can totally relate to this! It can be easy to forget because it's such a simple tip, but most of the time, it does the trick when I'm feeling snacky. Sometimes it helps to set a reminder in your phone to drink water, too! Thanks for watching and Happy Holidays!
Nothing for diabetes huh
